People at the reception were very nice and friendly, the room was not big but cosy and cleaned every day. the location is exelent, all historical points could be reached on foot. |

Position close to main attractions (walking distance). Good service and reasonable looks unlike some others pretending to be hotels. We booked triple room and were given something that is double with an extra bed making it very hard to move around. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and well-located within walking distance to Termini and Basilica di St Maria Maggiore. Beds were a bit hard and breakfast was disappointing. |

That the hotel is situated at a silent side passage, not too far from city centre and near to Metro station and to Stazione Termini As a smoker, I missed an ashtray outside near to the entrance |

the breakfast was really good (a lot of choice : ham, cheese, jam, nutella, different kinds of bread, croissants and brioche, orange juice, yogurts......). Quiet area too and walking distance from most of touristic places. Very nice hotel people. We would go back there in the future. |

The hotel is in a very good central location, and it really is very clean. Our room was comfortable and spatious enough. Staff was nice and helpful. The minibar fridge was not working, and there was no Eurosport on our tv. |

None of the plumbing worked correctly. The sink faucet was loose and ready to fall off. Even though it had a bathtub it couldn't be used. This hoteI needs maintenance work! I know hotel rooms in Rome can be small but this was really tight for two. If you only want a place to sleep it is okay but don't expect any amenities....... |

The accesibility to amenities, staff friendliness, very clean and comfortable, good level of security. No hot food at breakfast and as we had to leave the hotel early I.E.,6.30am for flight we were unable to have a breakfast although we were charged the full price for 'bed and breakfast', we would not have booked this hotel if we knew this in advance. |

La proximité du Colisée et des principaux centres d'intérêt de Rome Je n'ai pas aimé le manque de professionnaliste du personnel. Le système de chauffage (air conditionné) ne marchait pas.... Il nous a fallu attendre le lendemain pour avoir une personne susceptible de venir le régler après plusieurs demandes. |
