Capital Suites  

Good location 3 minutes from metro. Almost next to Last Supper.Comfortable bed and secure, comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Found an excellent restaurant called Boccondivino just around the corner but open only one night.

Water in shower was only warm, never hot, and not much pressure. A bit difficult to find restaurants open nearby.

It is indeed close to the centre, but not close to most of places of interest, though relatively good value for such apartment.

When booking we did it under impression that it was an apartment hotel, with apartments in the same building. But in fact it is rented flats all over the town. First of all we did not get the apartment at the address where we booked at. So we were 22 minutes walk from our friends who got the apartment at the specified address. The shower was not working well in the apartment, a big tv as specified but it was Not working. We asked to connect tv, nobody ever bothered. In the apartment rented by our friends there was also a broken heater which did a lot of noice, the shower did not work properly. When our friends decided to move to the hotel, as could not live without a working heating in winter, nobody from the hotel turned up first to discuss. So far when we pressed then despite all mentioned problems the owner of the flat agreed to refund only 1.5 nights instead of 3 nights. Not great experience at all!

The good place for shopping and city sightseeing. The kitchen is completely equipped.Friendly staff and quickly assist.

If you travel by the car, there is no opportunity to drive up directly to the house. The laggage needs to be born hands from the next parking.The next parking - 500 m and are quite expensive - 35 euros per day.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from the station (to the airport) and the shopping. The place was clean, tidy and as stylish. The check in/out was smooth. The suites manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. All in all, I can't find fault. I would recommend to anybody that wants a bit more space than a normal hotel room. We would return without a doubt.

Big flat in good location supplied with the most necessary things. We were called in advance to ask when we plan to come. Due to the obstacle we came later and it caused no difficulties

1. Couple of hours before arriving we were informed about a new address of location. We were lucky to have some energy left in Pc and Milano' map being download. Otherwise with a print-out booking.com map we would be unable to find location. 2. We have ordered car parking and were not ready for suggestion to park under banning parking sign. The promise of staff that everything will be OK was not promising but we had to undertake such risk. 3. We have ordered 1double bed and 2 single beds for our children. Good we have 2 boys and not boy and girl, as we were given for children double bed as well 4. The sentence that breakfast is included means for me that breakfast would be served. When I asked about it, the reply was that can use products in the ref and the breakfast I have to order in advance. So in the ref and surrondings for 4 people including 2 children wee were given 3 crouassons, pack of noodles, pan of tomato sauce, milk, 2 bottles of wine and 2 beers, orange juice, coca, water, jAm. 4. Some dishes in cupboard were not clean.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Gorgeous bathroom and loved the round bed!

Good location for the Last Supper and close to a metro station for transfer from the train. Friendly people, helpful and relaxed.

The room wasn't quite ready -- not a problem (we went for a walk). Unusual check-in process where the manager met us at the apartment. Was friendly experience but not the usual.

A night club next to it, too much noise during the midnight.

Апартаменты находятся в паре минут ходьбы от станции метро. Очень чисто. Есть практически все необходимое.

In Room had no soap, but everything else (shampoo, shower gel) was enough

I was greeted by the manager, Mr Dario Daniele who was very friendly and kind. He showed me the nearby area, and told me where to go for specific events such as nice restaurants, good shopping areas etc. We even shared a cup of coffee together, just to get to know one another. He was available 24/7 if I had any requests, and was very polite. Short summed up; it was an excellent stay at Capital Suites!

Very friendly welcome from Mr. Dario (representative). Very clean and very well decorated home in a new building with security. It is well situated place and very close to city center. There is 2 market in walking range. They gave us perfect wooden baby bed. Everything was very clean. Next time also I will chose them for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Capital Suites very very much and our apartment had as much space as we dreamed of beforehand. We brought our youngest baby daughter who could practice her crawling skills during the stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and had installed a totally new baby bed for us. What makes this place even more great is its perfect location; a safe and clean area with lots of interesting museums and shops around and on the way towards the city center.

We had some minor problems with an electricity outled that didn't work but the friendly staff dealt with it right away. The kitchenette is very basic: As it was our intention to use the kitchenette quite a bit for cooking we could have used better equipment and basic stuff like oil, salt and pepper. Therefore, if you have the same intentions bring your own 'need to have stuff' or prepare to buy it in the local supermarked close by. Finally, a brillant thing about the kitchenette: You have a good supply of coffee, a few croissants for free - and the fridge contains softdrinks and snacks as well (extra costs).

Great value for money. Dominica (attendent) was most helpful.

La suite è fantastica, situata al centro di Milano a due passi da discoteche, bar eleganti per trascorrere del tempo in compagnia e soprattuto dalla fermata della metro! Personale cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta!

Nulla, è stato tutto PERFETTO

Mooie, ruime, moderne suites, van alle gemakken gezien en zeer centraal gelegen aan de Corso Magenta. De suites hebben een volledig ingerichte keuken, minibar, airco alsmede een ruime badkamer. Er is gratis wifi met een goede ontvangst. Parkeergelegenheid is nabij op 200 meter afstand tegen een gereduceerd tarief (gast Capital Suites) van € 33 per 24 uur. Het station Cadorna bevindt zich op zo'n 500 meter, ideaal voor aankomst/vertrek vliegveld Malpensa. Eenvoudige in- en uitcheck procedure.

Het is belangrijk dat men van te voren aangeeft hoe laat men bij de suites arriveert, immers er is geen receptie en de medewerkers van Capital Suites toeren permanent door de stad langs de diverse appartementen. Verder dient men zich te realiseren dat er geen hotelfaciliteiten zijn, geen ontbijt service etc. De corso Magenta is een drukke straat, dus enig geluidshinder van verkeer is onvermijdelijk.

Goede locatie, vlak bij 'laatste avondmaal'.

Kamer ad voorkant: veel lawaai door tram. Ontbijt gevraagd en niet gekregen, ook niets van gehoord. Appartement betaald bij aankomst, maar toch was er een poging om ons dit nogmaals te laten betalen bij vertrek!

部屋が広く、キッチン付きで牛乳やクロワッサンが無料で頂ける。マルペンサエクスプレスが着くカドルナ駅か- ら至近であった。

ホテルの住所を頼りに行ったが、夜遅くついて門があいてなく、電話した。なので電話で英語の受け答えができ- ないと苦しいと感じた。普通のホテルのようなレセプションは無い。シャワーは出が悪く、シャワールームも狭- い。トイレットペーパーも常にひとつしかサプライされない。置いてあるドライヤーはコンセントの問題で洗面- 所では使えなかった。シャワージェルとハンドソープ、歯ブラシ、カミソリはあった。

достаточно удобные по планировке аппартаменты с большой ванной комнатой. очень удобное расположение. все в шаговой доступности. общестенным транспортом не пользовались ни разу. уборка ежедневная. круасаны, масло, джемы, молоко для завтрака. квалифицированный заботливый персонал.

почему-то вытяжка на кухне не подключена к общедомовой вентиляции.
