The place was just perfect. Like from Italian movies about Tuscany. The host Michael is very nice and can give you a lot of advices what to visit in Florence and suburbs. He owns a huge amount of maps and guides. The area is very clean and beautiful. My kids loved the pool of course. Vila was full equipped with all necessary appliance such as washing machine, dishwasher and etc.

The owners are very friendly and helpful and speak English. Great location in the hills and with a beautiful view on Borgo San Lorenzo. We liked the tennis court (tennis rackets and balls available!). The accomodation was spacious and nicely decorated. It was a bit too cold to use the swimming pool (we were there end of April) but the pool and its view is awesome.

Beautiful location, quiet. Good access to the local town of Borgo San Lorenzo. Michael and Lyn are very friendly and accommodating hosts who are keen to ensure you enjoy your stay. They are also a mine of information and advice if needed. Tennis court with racquets supplied. Superb swimming pool. A lovely walk nearby. The apartment came equipped with all we required as well as a washing machine.

We loved it. The property manager Elisabetta is fantastic and communication with her was just easy and uncomplicated. The property is about an hour from Florence, nestled into the hills of Tuscany with a stunning view over Borgo San Lorenzo and the surrounding scenery. It is a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Pisa or Florence and cools down in the evening with a lovely breeze to help escape the heat. We stayed in the 'Cantina' which is the studio underneath the main villa and it was a lovely set up. We had a small kitchen, bathroom and a huge bedroom, which allowed for the feel of a little vacation cottage and gave us the opportunity to take a break from restaurant food on our trip and make some homecooked meals. The pool is adjacent to the main villa as well and therefore right around the corner from the room which was convenient and after a dip we sat outside the studio, watching the sun set. It was a perfect retreat and we loved every minute of our stay.

La casa es muy bonita, antigua pero bien cuidad y la localización idílica. Eramos 9 y estuvimos perfectos, cada habitación con su baño y espacio de sobra además la cocina muy bien equipada.

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und konnten bei jeder Frage helfen. Es war super ruhig und abgelegen der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderschön (Haus STALLA). Es gibt Pool Ruhezeiten für Entspannung und einen Tennisplatz. Der Weg nach oben ist sehr kurvig und abenteuerlich. Es gibt ganz viele Mücken, Bremsen und Wespen also ist Insektenspray ein Muss.
