Hotel Capitol  

It is a quiet hotel. We weren't disturb during the nights. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good Very well situated!!! Close the train station and the tower! Perfect

The hair dryer didn't work and it was annoying to ask every morning a hair dryer at the reception. Hotel close at midnight be careful! When we arrive around 1pm we had to wait 30min to have our room because it wasn't ready. I didn't appreciate because we didn't arrive early.

Excellent location, only 7 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Modern, comfy and clean rooms. Would definitely go back to hotel Capitol

The hotel was close to the railway station (Pisa centrale – 10 min by bus or taxi) as well as the leaning tower of Pisa (15 min by walk). Great location and weather. The room was clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. And the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also close to the river (5 min by walk).

The breakfast was not that good. Bathroom was bit smelly.

Good value for money Great location

Breakfast is laughable! Packed cookies, packed cakes, packed cupcakes- a few apples- no cheese or else. Paint chipping off the walls in our room, very odd towels, construction sounds from 7.30 on.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpfull and polite. Excellent location only 10-15 minute walk to the tower.

Excellent staff, very helpful with where to go, eat visit etc. Very friendly, walking distance to tower, City centre. Bus stop outside that goes to the Airport.

There is an elevator, parking behind the hotel, the breakfast was good and the staff nice.

The parking was cramped and if anyone talked out in the lobby or anywhere, you could clearly hear it. Not very sound proof.

Very close to city center, affordable price

they are currently in the process of renewing the furniture, I guess the hotel will look much better when they are done

No internet in the rooms, but we knew that before booking.

Friendly, very helpful professional manager in the traditional style which we appreciated We were only in PISA for the late afternoon and evening and without even asking, he immediately provided a good map and instructions as how to get to the Tower (only 10 minutes walk) and very good tips (in English) as to where we should go to get a reasonably priced good evening meal - which we did The booking included breakfast which was more than adequate Hotel is just 7 euros in a taxi from the railway station but if preferred there is a good bus link

Nothing to criticise

Just short walk from Tower Pisa Line Rosso bus stop 30 metres left of leaving hotel which goes to airport (1.5 euro)

Good location - 10 min walk to Piza tower and centre. Parking for car for 10 eur.

Wireless works only in lobby.

Not a 3 stars hotel at all. Poor breakfast. Poor WiFi signal.

Nothing at all....maybe the location is O.K...

The service is bad...and breakfast without bread before 9:30 am...and the internet connection is also bad in the reception area....never will stay in this hotel again....

Basic level hotel in walking distance to the Leaning Tower. Everything was clean, worth the price. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind.

Only sweet food for breakfast, the room doors are very loud to open/close, bathroom is quite small.

staff were very helpful+friendly disadvantage was it oly held 20people or less in dining room so we had to wait in reception area until people cameout before we could eat so is not good if you are in a hurry they need bigger dinig room breakfast is very basic otherwise room service was ok

Working distens to the leading tower, bus line right outside the hotel to the airport.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower .

Front desk guy did not speak English. The internet did not work. We stayed there for the free Internet and close to tower and free breakfast. The breakfast was crackers and juice. The coffee machine did not work. The front desk keeps all tv controls and air conditioner controls. There was no one that would help take bags upstairs because my mom had broken arm. I don't know how this hotel got 3 stars.

The rooms were in the middle of a renovation, no kettle , no wifi in the rooms. The glass in the windows vibrated when a door was opened or closed and the front door lock to the room was tricky to close.

We liked the location and the parking. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked well and our room was reasonably quiet considering it's location in the city centre.

There seems to be a big problem with the door frames. I suppose they had replaced the doors and then found they needed new frames - it wasn't just our room. All the doors had scruffy foan surrounds. When this is completed, the surroundings would be acceptable. We were on the second flor and the lift was primitive. The breakfast was a complete non-event. There was no bread when we left at 7.30 and the coffee was undrinkable.

The breakfast was disapointing and the rooms were obviously Been updated as there was no wood around the doors the hotel was basic but ok for an airport stopover which is why we used it . It is not worthy of a 3star though ,

Friendly staff - great location - easy to find - parking - clean - reasonable price - a good find - recommended.

The location of the hotel is good: 1) Walking distance from the Central Train Station 2) Walking distance from most of the historic sites 3) On bus route to and airport, station and interesting sites 4) Friendly helpful staff

Room and bathroom were good. However to shower cubicle was small, I am slim build so ok but good luck to any large person! There was no soap dish in the shower cubicle. The actual shower worked perfectly.

The hotel is well situated with a parking lot.

The rooms are probably being renovated looking a bit dirty and the decoration is somehow old fashion. The breakfast is industrial: industrial juice, industrial coffee or whatever as the quality is. All the rest is this kind, cakes, bread, jam. It is the worst breakfast I've seen in a hotel.
