Breakfast is served until 11am. However, when you arrive at around 10h30, there is very little food left and the waiter tells you that there is no more food left and that's it. So a bit strange for a 4star hotel |

The hotel itself was fairly good with comfirtable and spacious rooms in a convenient location with easy access to the City Centre. The standard of service from the hotel staff was comical and my wife and I likened it to Fawlty Towers. Be sure to be up early for breakfast as when it's gone it's gone - at no point were any of the supplies replenished. |

It is clear that this hotel has seen better times. It is still OK, but some cosmetic repairs should be done. Double deluxe room was OK, but jacussi didn't work. Hotel enjoyes good location for shopping (two steps from famous Corso Verceli) and siteseeing. The breakfast was good as well. Stuff is frendly and willing to help. The hotel clearly needs renovation. |

Everithing is excellent in this hotel, starting from its location, services, staff and the cleanliness. For sure we will stay in the same hotel next time we go to Milan. |

I liked the style of this hotel. The fan in the bathroom did not work, trousers press in the room did not work, internet keybord and restrictions of use very uncomfortable for the extra price and the room itself and the shower unit is kind of small... |

L'Hotel è un vero 4 stelle, la camera una singola era insonorizzata anche se vicina all'ascensore. Mi è piaciuto molto l'arredamento, ben curato nei dettagli.La mattina ho trovato una colazione dal buffet internazionale. Vicino l'Hotel si trova una fermata della metropolitana. Lo consiglio a chi si aspetta di soggiornare in un Hotel di charme senza però spendere troppo!! |
