Close to a metro station (5 minutes walk from Pagano station) The sttaff was happy to help with some internet problems

The Internet is semi-free only 100MB fro 24 hours - it should be completely free - this is becoming a requirement in these days.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast. Complimentary coffee during the day.

Internet over Wifi was limited to 100mb which is not much if you have to transfer multiple large documents. More transfer volume at extra costs. German TV channels had a noisy signal.

They took more than 100e from the credit card I used to book and they should not have done that. After, only after I payed the entire amount with another card, they told me they were not able to credit the first card and blame the bank. I do think their behavior was fare at all and I am still waiting for my money - I will follow up with booking.com

Some of the bathroom fitments were quite old and had slight problems.

The hotel room was excellent including hot tub with jets. The location is not right in the centre but has great communication with subway and tram stops very close by. Excellent breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere.

Wifi is free but limited to 100MB a day and to single device. Having 2 smartphones, 2 iPods and a laptop with us it was simply not usable. Staff very polite and helpful could smile from time to time though ...

When I was there for 1 night, Wi-Fi wasn't working. But they promised it will be fixed soon.. Anyway, I recommend this hotel..

This was a very nice hotel and easy enough to find with a little help from local residents. Very easy to access the sites we had chosen to view. All in all a nice place to stay, clean and quiet and suited our needs for this trip. We would stay there again if given the opportunity.

The bed was one of the comfiest that I've ever slept in....... Just wish I hadn't had so many early appointments...... Breakfast was good and filling.

The room safe wasnt large enough for a netbook, though this was common throughout Italy in general. It wasnt immediately obvious where there were convenient restaurants in the immediate area around the hotel.

the staff is excellent, among the finest of any hotel I've stayed in Milano, London, and Madrid.

Convinient location to the city center(15 min of nice tram ride),and not far from MilanoFiera, nice residental area with non-touristic restaurants (highly recommend Osteria Salutati - very typical milanese place, full of locals). Clean, quite, comfortable beds.

Le personnel est adorable.

Pour un 4 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est très pauvre comparé aux autres hôtels du même standing. Vous avez un code pour le wifi qui dure très peu de temps, ensuite il faut payer 10 euros, je trouve ce dernier point assez scandaleux au vue du prix de la chambre
