The staff were very helpful. All spoke english, and the buffet breakfast was great. Advertised wifi, but it wasnt working, also the cleaner left our room door slightly open on 2 occasions! |

It is very close to the city center and the soccer stadium. The range of breakfast was very poor. Hotel should provide more meals , food and drink for breakfast. |

I liked the view from the window to the hills accross the Arno river and the confort of the room as well as the high signal of internet connection which allowed us to make skype phone calls lots easier. The location of the hotel is more than one kilometer from the main center of florence which forced us to walk a lot every day, and we had to buy bus tickets in the hotel (line 14) which shorted the time of walking. The second issue that must be improved is their poor breakfast. Only few pieces of cheese in dry bread and jam can't be accounted as breakfast. |

no complaints other than the fact that the decor could do with updating.Staff were friendly & efficient. hotel was clean, comfortable & convenient but could do with updating.Decor a little tired. |

The rooms are good, everything works, and if it is out of order, like the lifts, it is fixed quickly. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the city is the most beautiful in the whole world. The location of the hotel was good but not close to the center of the city. We used buses and taxis which were fairly inexpensive. |

The room was air conditioned, had free internet access, breakfast, and the room was really big It was a little far from the city center, but Florence in itself is not very large, so it wasn't that big of a deal, plus there are bus stops right in front of the hotel. |

IT's an old hotel,old furniture,bad smell in the rooms and the entire hotel.what you see in the pictures on booking.com is not what you get by far.Very poor breakfast with even poor quality of products. |

The staff was good and helpful. Quite good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms with all necessary things. Free WiFi access. and all this at the price of a budget hotel. highly recommended. It is a bit outside the city centre but not that much and the sites are accessable by foot. |

The location is quite ok, the staff is realy ok. There are some things which could be improved - breakfast coffee, furniture in the rooms, filled minibar, etc., but if you stay realistic at this price you can get no better. |

The room was big and clean with a full bathroom in the room, the buffet breakfast was big enough to choose, everyone was kind and helpfull. We did our check-in at 2am in the morning after a long trip and there was no problem at all, everything was easy. The walk to "il duomo" is just about 15 minutes, and the pedestrian street that takes you there is full of nice stores. The hotel decoration is about 40 or 50 years old and it shows... |

The staff were helpful and spoke English well so did not have to use use my beginners Italian, the breakfast was good and it was a quiet hotel, pretty close to the main attractions |

Extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful staff. Room for 4 of us was nice and large, with a good view of the Duomo. The Front Desk people helped me out quite a lot with train reservations on internet, for our onward travels. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended. The bathroom needs hooks for hanging clothes and a proper exhaust fan with a separate switch. |

Great ratio of price and what you get. Clean, fine breakfast. Hotel is situated outside of historical city center. Each your day starts and ends by same walk (10 - 15minutes). |

La distance - plus proche vers le centre que cela peut sembler. Calme. Personnel d'acceuil très professionnel et correct. Petit déjeuner assez copieux, avec fromage, jambon et salami pour ceux qui veulent se remplir en petit peu plus pour la journée. L'état de la baignoire. Il faut faire couler l'eau chaude bien en avance pour qu'elle soit chaude. (5-10 min). Chambres plus petites en réalité qu'elles peuvent paraître sur les photos. |

Camera veramente spaziosa, buona posizione, vista dal quarto piano stupenda sui monumenti di Firenze. Da raccomandare Parcheggio dell'albergo inesistente. èParcheggi pubblici particolarmente costosi. |

Gentilezza del personale, prezzo molto competitivo rispetto al prezzo di listino, camera semplice ma pulita (malgrado la presenza della moquette). Frigo. Colazione a buffet abbondante e ben servita (pane, brioches, marmellate assortite, frutta, fette biscottate, prugne). Poco distante dal centro, anche a piedi. Parcheggio a pagamento a fianco dell'hotel. Giornali alla reception. Mancava una finestra nel bagno, un pò di confusione durante alcune ore della notte lungo la strada ma non eccessiva, struttura un pò fatiscente per essere un 3 stelle (potrebbe essere maggiormente curata). |

Все достойно, номер просторный, кровать удобная, сантехника в порядка.До отеля пешком от вокзала 20 минут быстым шагом, хотя по карте кажется, что далеко.Достопримечательности близко. Персонал любезный.Если бы номер был на 5 этаже (у меня был на 2), наверное из окна был бы красивый вид. Очень шумная улица, автобусы и мотики всю ночь гоняют.Завтрак невкусный.Интернет 5евро/час. |
