Lipsa unui dulap pentru haine si prea putine prosoape pe care nu ai unde sa le pui in baie. Lipsa sapunului la chiuveta. Camera prea mica.

The hotel is just on the outskirts of the main attractions. It is about 10 mins walk. The bars along the river are great at night.

No mini bar, was a budget hotel

Hotel was clean with standard amenities. We were given a room with a view of the city which was nice.

location was not in the heart but still close to the centre not many restaurants nearby

Great helpful staff. Great location close to centre. Parking just across the street at a discount.

The room was small (single as requested and paid for) but well organised and the location was within reasonable walking distance of Santa Croce. Good breakfast.

No soap in the holder and I only discovered this once I was in the shower!

Very nice and clean hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Since my room was at the 5th floor, the view was quite amazing.

Need to have a long walk to get to the city center and Termini Station.

A Little bit noise the neighboring rooms

Location is convenient for driving coz it's just outside the congestion zone. The hotel offer 33% off on the indoor parking opposite the hotel.

The room door seems to be too tiny to stop the noise from the corridor.

Location and nothing else

No solid soap in the bathroom,only shower gel in the cabin, as they said it's a low cost 3* hotel, but 80€ per night doesn't seem such a small price. The curtains were broken, the matress on the bed was moving,it was not fixed.

Really comfortable. Large choice of TV channels. Close to the center and to the river.

Far to the railway station (but Bus 14 stops really close) it is a nice hotel but not so cheap nor low cost as pretended.

Conveniently located not far from the city center. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy access to all city sights. A very good place to stay. Good alternative for pricey hotels in downtown Florence.

Nice room and only few minutes away to the city centre.

Probably the worst staffs ever. The guy was Not so friendly, makes my stay so dull. They dont provide hot water as well.

It was good value for the money and away from the city hustle but close enough to the city to see the main attractions

Better if we had a facility to prepare tea/coffee in the room, at least a way to get boiling water.

Staff is ok, facilities is ok. The price is reasonable.

It is near CM station, but 20mins by walk. Also, that price not include breakfast.

Hotel is on good location , close to center of city / walking distance .

The beds were clean.

When we entered, the whole entrance was full of cigarette smoke. In the toilet, there was no soap. They put something near to shower labeled "Shampoo, body gel, soap"! The deposit room was not safe. Everybody could get the key. Not recommended.

The size of the rooms (large) & the 24hr snack bar.

I didnt have a Safe in my room and very little space to hang my clothes.

Perfect location. Honest offerings. Staff was good. Balcony outside the room for some rooms.

Easy walking distance to the city. Very spacious and comfortable room.

Our shower didn't have a door or shower curtain so everyday out bathroom was soaked. The cleaning staff never said anything so I dont know if it was just our room.
