Mosquitoes attacks every night were killing!

We arrived at Florence train station and there were plenty of taxis. It cost 10 Euro to the hotel and it was a 10-15 minute drive through the centre and to the east side of the centre. The hotel is in a very good location on a leafy one way road. As Florence is so compact - if you enjoy a walk then you can quite easily make your way to the major sights from the hotel. The hotel is close to the river and very nice for evening strolls. There is a cafe next door that is well priced for lunch and lots of shops nearby including a good ice-cream shop. The hotel is air conditioned, clean, and modern with friendly and helpful staff. We had a very good sleep thanks to an amazingly comfortable bed and towels were changed daily. Breakfast is served from 7.30 - 10.00 and is an excellent buffet with lots of choice. We hired bicycles for a few days and locked them to the hotel railings at the side of the building on the hotel car park and they were perfectly safe. Reception is available 24 hours and there is a good selection of snacks and drinks available and a hot drinks machine in reception. Although the hotel provides free wi-fi, I couldn’t connect form the room, however I could connect in the reception area so do be aware that you might not have wi-fi in your room even though this is a great selling point for the hotel. They provide a good flat screen TV but the only English speaking channel available is CNN, not that you will have much time for TV anyway =) If I returned to Florence, I would definitely stay again.

Nice and brand newly refurbished hotel very close to Santa Croce and walking distance to city centre (10/15 minutes). Staff was very pleasant, helpful and smiling; my room (508) was quite spacious with french bed, beautiful decorated wall and a big terrace with breathtaking Florence's skyline view. Breakfast is continental with good standard, maybe improving regarding the choice. Free wifi working fast and a fantastic value for money!

Maybe one more towel in the bathroom could improve the whole comfort

The price was very cheep, and the hotel was not such a long walk from the center- about 15 mins. The room was cleaned very well every day.

We got one towel each, no face towels at all, and had to ask a number of times before we got an other one. The staff were not very friendly. No hot water was availeble in the room.

It was a nice environment, good wifi in the lobby, we got really good food recommendations. Clean, comfortable.

When we arrived they asked us if we wanted breakfast, we said if it was ok to decide the next day, they said it was fine. The next day what we weren't told was that breakfast was 4e more expensive. Those things should be said upfront.

Excellent Hotel. I couldn't believe that for so little money i could find such a beautiful hotel for my stay in Florence. The hotel is just 2 km from the city center. The room, very cozy, so modern designed, very comfortable, clean, the furniture brand new and the free WiFi extremely fast. A huge balcony with a breathtaking view to an ancient tower and the Florence hill. The staff very polite and ready to help you with any kind of information. Generally i am completely satisfied. Value for money excellent. For sure i would stay again in this hotel even for a triple price. Thanks guys and i congratulate you for your professionalism. Hope to see you again really soon!!!!!!!

Total quality of the hotel is not but. Our room was quite clean.

The hotel locates a bit far from the train station. Also, we had to wait for 30 minutes to check in.

Great value and modern design. Wifi good and nice to have a tv. Clean and comfortable room but hope they maintain the facilities ... Our towel rack was coming out of the wall.. Attention to these things would have given us a 10/10. For the price we were happy to have something cool and hip. Soap dispenser at the sink like in the shower would have been a good touch. 30 min walk to train station, 15 to center
