- Facilidade de acesso ao metrô, Coliseu, Palatino, La Bocca della Verità. - Excelentes restaurantes nos arredores do hotel. - Boa decoração na recepção, ambiente calmo. - Terraço extremamente agradavel para as refeições. - Funcionarios disponiveis, simpaticos e competentes (principalmente a responsavel pelo serviço de café da manhã, uma senhora que fala francês). - Hotel receptivo e um tratamento excelente com as crianças.

- Disponibilizar café/cha nos quartos. - Melhorar o sistema de tv que não facilita o acesso aos canais e além disso, cobra (15 EUROS !!!!) por um desenho para as crianças. - O acesso a internet deveria ser gratuito tendo em vista o nivel do hotel. - Bebidas do frigo extremamente caras, bem como as refeições que o hotel disponibiliza (muitas delas são comidas prontas, congeladas). - A ducha poderia ser limpa de maneira mais "efetiva" (havia marcas de bolor no box). - Cama SUPER dura e travesseiros nada confortaveis. - Um unico funcionario responsavel pela portaria mostrou claramente que so estaria 'disponivel' se recebesse gorjeta.

o serviço de taxi é muito ruim, porque quando chegam no hotel seu inicio de bandeirada é altissimo .No primeiro dia que chegamos a bandeirada ja estava em 7,00 euros, quando ela deveria começar com 2,80 euros.Sugiro que o hotel faça algum acordo com taxis honestos

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, service was excellent decor was modern and comfortable. The top floor terrace and breakfast room charming but no evening restaurant but light meals of good quality served in the bar area.

The freeTV channels were extremely limited, in English the choice was only CNN or MTV! No free internet and film & internet charges seemed high given the fact it is a 4 star hotel 29 euro a day

Friendly and helpful staff - Excellent breakfast buffet - Clean and high standard bedroom with shower, breakfast room, bar and rest area - organised quick and reasonably priced taxi service - kept luggage safe after our 11am checkout so that we could pick it up for our night train.

Exemplary staff! Everyone so professional and courteous. The breakfast is outstanding as is the roof terrace for reading and enjoying a cocktail.

We stayed for 6 nights. Towels were changed every day. Staff were professional and friendly. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can just sit and have a drink or something.

Good location close to city centre but in a quiet side street, therefore excellent nights sleep with no road noise, very unusual for a city hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all excellent. Lovely buffet breakfast on roof terrace was a nice way to start each day.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The rooms are luxorious, with high ceilings and large size closets. The internet worked well. The workout room was outstanding. The maid service was invisible and outstanding. The location was perfect. The included breakfast was good. I cannot imagine getting more value for my money.
