Otroligt vänlig personal och mycket hög servicenivå. Välbemannat. Lugnt läge men ändå nära till sevärdheter. Rekommenderas ffa till de som är intresserad av sevärdheterna och inte till shoppingresenärerna, då ska man bo mer centralt (norra/nordöstra Rom). Ändå promenadavstånd till allt. Väldigt fin takterass som man bla åt frukost på. Det var mycket rent och städningen funkade bra men en intorkad urinfläck på toaringen vid ankomsten drog ned på slutbetyget "rummets renhet" från utmärkt till bra. Minus också för att det inte fanns ngn restaurang/snackbar förutom roomservice som kostade 7 euro extra/beställning. Det var också dyrt med internetuppkoppling på rummet. |

Lack of wireless Internet that was easy to charge to the room. The wired internet cable kept falling out of my laptop. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, service was excellent decor was modern and comfortable. The top floor terrace and breakfast room charming but no evening restaurant but light meals of good quality served in the bar area. The freeTV channels were extremely limited, in English the choice was only CNN or MTV! No free internet and film & internet charges seemed high given the fact it is a 4 star hotel 29 euro a day |

Excellent location, friendly staff. Not cheap but good value, Bar prices high - better to stop for a nightcap at one of the adjacent bars. |

Friendly and helpful staff - Excellent breakfast buffet - Clean and high standard bedroom with shower, breakfast room, bar and rest area - organised quick and reasonably priced taxi service - kept luggage safe after our 11am checkout so that we could pick it up for our night train. |

Exemplary staff! Everyone so professional and courteous. The breakfast is outstanding as is the roof terrace for reading and enjoying a cocktail. |

it was pleasant to sit on the roof terrace on an evening with a drink and watch the sun go down. The location was perfect and an ideal stroll to key sights. Breakfast was poor not a lot of choice. The hotel generally lacking in good italian atmosphere and ambience. |

We stayed for 6 nights. Towels were changed every day. Staff were professional and friendly. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can just sit and have a drink or something. |

The Hotel was very clean and friendly, exactly as expected and worth paying a little extra from some of the less expensive options. It was a perfect place for getting to and seeing all of Rome. Great to return to after a long day and close to many spots to eat in the evening. Getting up in the morning and having a breakfast on the upstairs terrace looking out to the Coleseum was also a treat. Nothing really as everything was completely as we expected. A little more variety in the Breakfast would be the only thing that would have been nice but as it was still as expected. |

Good location close to city centre but in a quiet side street, therefore excellent nights sleep with no road noise, very unusual for a city hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all excellent. Lovely buffet breakfast on roof terrace was a nice way to start each day. |

A lovely hotel with discreet and professional staff, lovely location in a quiet yet central neighbourhood. My husband and I found this to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in for visting a european city. |

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The rooms are luxorious, with high ceilings and large size closets. The internet worked well. The workout room was outstanding. The maid service was invisible and outstanding. The location was perfect. The included breakfast was good. I cannot imagine getting more value for my money. |

We arrived and the staff greeted us with genuine concern. In particular, the man behind the counter, Mr. Franco Rossi, made us fell like he heard all what we said and responded with valued info and every corner. His work ethic was absolutely exemplary. My wife and I say - - - thank you capo and mr. Rossi. Capo d'Africa is too far to commute. |

Quiet area nead Collessum & Comfortable. Great breakfast. No bath in our room.No pool or jaccussi as it was very hot.Air conditioning a bit noisy. |

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Hotel was in a excellent location, nr Colosseum and metro. They did not have an iron and we had to pay £25.00 to have a few things ironed by the hotel. Could do with more English Channels on the tv. Cnn gets a bit boring after a while. |

staff were all very mannerly and helpful, the location of the hotel was very good indeed. the rooms were spotless, a very luxurious and well run hotel. a swimming pool is a big miss + selection of breakfast food very average , charges for internet use and booking films { 15 euros each was a bit too expensive } |
