Scandal! Roach in the room, unserviceable tv, empty and stinking minibar, crab receptionist. I do not suggest it to anyone.

hasn't been renewed since 80s I think. Photos are not up to date. Swiming pool is empty and dirty. Hotel's walls are dirty also. Breakfast is bad. It's more a ghost house than a hotel. :-)

It is not 4 star, ,but it is ok.

The location is fantastic, close of Scala dei Turchi!

This hotel is absolutely abandoned!!! Is horrible, completely poor...

Good value for the money: it was one of the cheapest hotels in this area, however, the location was great (near the beach and not far away from Agrigento's Valley of the temples), the room was clean with sea view balcony.

It was difficult to find arriving late in the evening.

We had a problem with the warm water in our room that was quickly resolved.

This was probably a four star hotel when it opened, ,I doubt that it would still receive any stars if this hotel was checked again. 1. When we arrived in the hotel (at 17 o'clock in the afternoon): all lights were out: it seemed as if the place was abandonned. 2. The poolarea: the pool was empty (we were there in the period that indicates that it should still have been open) and the place seemed trashed. A table was thrown in the empty pool, some chairs where trashed and over the floor there were old balloons, dirt, ... . Also, don't stand against the railing, it starts moving if you do and you might end up on the pavement below. 3. In our bedroom, there was fungus in the bathroom and the shower was kept toghether with silicone. 4. The breakfast was rediculous. We arrived on time, but the door was closed. When we informed at the desk, he threw the door open, indicating that we could find something there. The guy was all but helpfull. When we took coffee out of the automatic machine: we got 'brown water'. All in all, I would advise people to stay away. We were happy that we could leave, since the entire experience gave us the feeling like we stepped into a scenery that could easily be used for shooting a horror movie.

The location is good - if you have a car. If you like beautiful beaches with few people, then the location is perfect for you. Scala del Turchi is only 5 min drive away, and from the beach Capo Rosello you can walk 10 minutes to an epty natural beach with chalk rocks overlooking Scala del Turchi. But there is no service there, of course. The hotel room was large and clean.

It is defenitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 3 star hotels during our trip to Sicily that offered better services. Air conditioner in the room didn't work well. Breakfast is served only till 9am - what a nonsence! Buffet was not refilled fast enough - was almost epty during breakfast. Dinner did not taste good and costed too much for what was served. Staff arrogant and rude. It was the worst out of 5 hotels in which we stayed in Sicily during our trip.

I liked the location and scenary

I did not like the fact that we were placed in a 2 star accommodation at a 4 star resort. We complained to the manager to no avail that the ac was broken and our family including a one year old got no sleep the first night. Following an intense discussion regarding moving or placing us an an appropriate room with the fact that I would be complaning to booking.com regarding false advertising concerning the 4 star accommodations the manager finally changed our room and we remained until the end. What upset us the most was the fact that he indicated that all rooms were the same. We quickly found this to be a direct lie. Rooms are assigned according to the payment they receive and not the 4 star rating we expected from booking.com. This is a case of buyer be aware. The same happened to the others we stayed with however there is no point in repeating the story.

The staff who try to do his best..

Four stars ....in 1950.....we had a ittle bedroom but nice on the sea..the bed was the worst i had in Sicily The ac is from the 60 and with an airplane sound..the mosquitos are everywhere.. We founded 5 in the lift....

Restaurant not open as out of season but hotel staff directed us to a super value place with a great view of the cliffs.

A bit difficult to find.

Drąsiai nubraukiame dvi arba tris žvaigždutes - dabar galima kažką pakomentuoti. Vieta gal nebloga, nes netoli Skala dei Turchi. Šalia viešbučio (100 metrų) pliažas prastas, šiukšlinas. Tačiau už kilometro ar truputį daugiau į kairę - puikus, ir matosi Skala dei Turchi iki kurios, tiesa, nedaeisite pėstute.

Drąsiai nubraukiame dvi arba tris žvaigždutes - dabar viešbutis iš bėdos neblogas. Remontuotas turbūt prieš pusę amžiaus. Pusryčiai prasti. Vienai nakvynei mums buvo pats tas pagal kainą, bet daugiau nakvynių tai būtų sugadintos atostogos.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Personal nicht übermässig bemüht. Starker Geruch in den Zimmern nach Weichspüler, künstlicher Duft...

L'albergo é molto vicino alla scala dei turchi e per noi é stato un buon punto in cui fermarci una notte à metà strada tra il trapanese e il ragusano.

Penso che questa sia stata la peggiore esperienza in hotel della mia vita. Il prezzo era piuttosto basso (39 euro a stanza, anche se il paese é proprio sperduto e sembrava abbandonato) e nonostante I commenti negativi abbiamo deciso di provare. L'albergo sembra letteralmente cadere a pezzi, I corridoi "profumano" di bagni pubblici, credo perch cospargono candeggina e antimuffa sui muri per eliminare le muffe. La porta della stanza non si chiudeva dall'interno e il proprietario ci ha detto che le avevano rotte di proposito perché a volte la gente rimaneva chiusa dentro (?). Abbiamo dovuto cenare a Porto Empedocle perché tutto era chiuso a Realmonte. Al nostro ritorno, l'elettricità nella stanza era saltata perché il boiler dell'acqua calda perdeva acqua a frotte provocando un allagamento e un corto circuito. Ci hanno cambiato stanza, un po' meglio. La colazione é costituita da prodotti confezionati scadenti e caffé alla macchinetta.

Decadente, muy mal conservado. La tele no funcionaba ni habia wifi, necesita reforma en el baño y mucha pintura. No es 4 estrellas.

Le cadre est très remarquable. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables et le petit déjeuner très bien. La plage est toute proche. Prix attractif.

Désert en cette saison, l'hôtel semble ne plus être régulièrement entretenu (volets et télévision ne fonctionnant pas). Pas de possibilité de paiement par carte. La plage est certes belle mais sale.

Not 4 stars but quite acceptable as the price is reasonable. The hotel is close to sandy beach. Scenic views around (with white rocks along the coast).

It would be more appealing if a toilet was cleaner. Mobile phones don't work inside, only on the street in front of the hotel, perhaps, because the hotel building is located too close to coastal cliffs. The latter circumstance adds picturesqueness, though.

Świetne umiejscowienie, wspaniała plaża a kredowe klify są wręcz zjawiskowe. hotel o dobrym standardzie.

Unfreundliches Personal, der Gesamtzustand des Hotels ist schlecht.

Tutto! Ad iniziare dalla scortesia dello staff... La camera era sporca, la doccia erogava solo acqua nemmeno tiepida e dal lavabo solo acqua bollente! Le piastrelle del bagno erano in parte sventrate e tappate con tovaglioli di carta. I letti cigolavano appena si tentava di girarsi. Ma il colmo di tutto : la stanza era infestata dalle zanzare, abbiam passato tutta la notte in bianco aspettando le 7.30 per la colazione e partire. E anche lì, ci aspettava un buffet di cibo ricoperto da mosche e altri insetti. Una delusione totale, altro che 4 stelle!
