This resort was tucked away, we followed a short steep road with outstanding views until we got to the security gates of the resort. We stayed for three nights .Everything about this place was good, friendly staff, very clean rooms, large swimming pool right next to the beach,and good food which incorporated local calabrian cuisine..We will certainly return.

Posso dire che il personale sempre gentile e disponibile una bella struttura moderna le camere spaziose il problema principale e la linea con il cellulare che non si prendeva bene per il resto ottimo

la posizione ed il mare il fatto che nella settimana di soggiorno ci sono stati ben 2 matrimoni che hanno impedito l'utilizzo della piscina e di altre zone dell'hotel e ci sono stati molto rumori fino a tarda notte.

La struttura nuova cioè le camere e la piscina. Cibo di pessima qualità e non vario,un ricevimento di matrimonio che ha invaso il villaggio e quindi il mio relax,camerieri inesperti.

Ottima la posizione sul mare, la spiaggia, la camera anche il ristorante. Ho trovato la Spa carente tanto che dopo aver prenotato una "remise in forme" ho disdetto il giorno dopo.

Azt kaptuk, amit vártunk. A személyzettől kedvességet,déli vendégszeretetet. Az első éjjel nem azt a szobát kaptuk egy kommunikációs hiba miatt,amit lefoglaltunk.A hibájukat viszont azonnal igyekeztek kijavítani. A szobában szennyvízszag volt.Ha nem kapcsoltuk be a légkondit nem éreztük.

Einmalige ruhige Lage direkt am Meer Wirklich durchgezogenes Design in Zimmern und allgemeinen Räumen, angenehme Materialien- und Farbwahl Suite ist grosszügig und hat eigene Sonnen-Liegen vor dem Zimmer Internet im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei mit eigenem Laptop Das Hotel ist leider schlecht organisiert. Hier herrscht Hierarchie und Ineffizienz vor. Wenn 5 Mitarbeiter für 5 Tische zuständig sind, könnte man meinen, der Service funktioniert Luxus-mässig. Nicht aber hier: Ein Kellner ist fürs Tisch-Decken zuständig, einer fürs Menu-Verteilen, einer für die Bestell-Aufnahme, einer für die Getränke und einer fürs Essen. Abräumen darf auch nur einer und Einkassieren sowieso. Das Resultat: Alle Gäste warten und sind nicht effizient bedient trotz Überkapazität an Personal. Schade, das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber wird "verhindert" durch das Einschränken an Kompetenzen.

Unmittelbar am Meer gelegen und sehr ruhig und abseits des Trubels. Sehr gepflegte, grosszügige Anlage. Freundliche, sprachgewandte Mitarbeitende. Guter Zimmerservice. Obwohl stets freundlich, war der Service in der Stromboli-Strandbar mehr als schleppend (Z.B. 20 Minuten Wartezeit für einen Caffè). Maître Ivan hat den Laden nicht im Griff.

Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr schöne Anlage. Ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte den Gästen die Wahl lassen zwischen Buffet und à la carte Service. Es fehlt eindeutig ein à la carte Restaurant.
