Fantastic location. Interesting artwork. Modern. Room 110 is too small for a big guy. I'm 6ft and struggled to get around the bed. The room smelt terrible. Must have been the sewers. Avoid 110! Could have been cheaper and for the rate we paid breakfast should have been included. Venice is so expensive. Also they should have explained they take cash only for the city tax on arrival as whilst checking out had to run around to a cash point. We just made the water bus and our flight home!

The proximity of the hotel to the Kosher restaurants and synagogue was amazing. It was a bit further from other main areas but there is a water bus stop very close to the hotel so it was extremely easy to get to all the attractions in venice. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodated all our requests. The room was clean, quiet and modern. Breakfast was good and the free wifi worked well the entire time we were there. The room we were in was small, everything in the room was very low to the ground, the beds were a bit uncomfortable as was the square toilet seat. The only overhead lights in the entire hotel was in the lobby so the room was sort of dark. In order to get to the hotel you had to walk down a long narrow ally that is used to store fish so it smelled really bad. We got charged for the room twice so check carefully.

Fantastic little gem of a place. I were worried I'd get lost. Literally takes 4 mins walk from the second you come out the train station. If you turn left and soon as you get to the first bridge it's next to the bakery down a stinking alley is the only downfall. You won't be dissapointed for 70 euro. No toast for breakfast.

Location: the Canarregio district is not exactly a hot tourist spot (relative to other districts) and the hotel is at the end of an unobtrusive alley, which means the neighbourhood gets pretty quiet at night. Near the hotel are several sites of historical interest and also wonderful cichetti (Venetian tapas) bars popular with locals. Breakfast does not cater very well to people on a gluten-free diet. There was food I could eat, but I always left hungry. In the hotel's defence, I did not ask if it offered gluten-free food.

Design of the rooms - spacious and modern Service of the staff - friendly and helpful Location - not too bad, pretty convenient as there's a water bus stop right in front of the hotel The Inn is secluded at a corner of the vicinity. It is rather hard to locate the inn when we first got there. There were no sign boards to direct us to the inn.

Weloved almost everything about this hotel. The location is outstanding...25 meters from the water taxi stop to the airport. If you keep your eyes open it is not difficult to spot the correct name of the alley on which the hotel is located. The upstairs terrace was great for sundowners before heading out. The overall design of the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Being charged for a second cappacino at breakfast (which was included in the room rate) felt a bit cheap and this could easily be included in the overall price for breakfast.

The Ca'Pozzo is an attractive contemporary hotel. They allowed us to check in early on our first stay as our room was ready. They will willlingly look after luggage when the room is not ready. Its easy to find once you know to stop at the Guglie Bridge and have a good look for the lane that leads down to the hotel. Thère is a vaporetto stop very close to this lane. We took the Aliluguna (airport water bus) straight back to the airport from this stop and this was well worth the €15 each it cost us. I would stay at this hotel again for this reason. If you are coming from the airport take Alilaguna number 2 from there and get off at the Guglie stop. It saves lugging cases over bridges! We liked being able to sit on the roof as the rooms are quite dark. There is a nice area to relax in upstairs - ask where it is. They have books and magazines there. There is a friendly little restaurant right beside the lane and the food is very good there. You get two complimentary bottles of water and two cokes in your mini-fridge (on the first night only of your stay) and these are a nice touch. We will definitely return to this hotel. We stayed before and after a cruise. On arrival back from our cruise we arrived at the hotel at about 10 - our rooms weren't ready so we asked if we could have a coffee and a tea as we had lugged cases round. Breakfast had just ended and we were brought an unasked for basket of bread (no butter, jam or anything fancy). I expected the charge of €1.50 each for the coffee and tea but thought €6 on our bill for 4 small rolls was a bit excessive (especially as we hadn't asked for them). Watch your legs on the corners of the beds - they are made of black wood which you don't see against the black floor- I have a few bruises on my shins to prove it!

fairly close to the train station, you don't need to climb up and down the bridges with heavy luggages. but the hotel is hidden in a very 'secret' place which is a little bit difficult for travelers to find. you have to go across a long lane before arriving at the hotel. rooms are all located in the 2nd floor, well furnished. breakfast is good, you have a variety of choices. and the price is relatively high compared with those counterparts in other cities of Italy. but it is Venice, everything is expensive in Venice. too many stages before arrive at the room a little bit difficult to find the hotel

The hotel is 5min walk distance to Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and 51/52, 41/42 water bus stop nearby. The breakfast include milk, yoghourt, egg and fruit. The staff are good except one Aisa male staff at reception. One Aisa male staff is bad attitude.

Elegant, comfortable rooms. Great location--quiet yet close to everything. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Hotel amenities and policies were not clearly explained upon check in. Air conditioning didn't function very well--room was a bit on the warm side but not unbearable. But really, these are minor quibbles. This is a gem of a hotel!

Within the wealth of hotels in Venice, the Ca'Pozzo Inn stands out in delivering up-to-date rooms, a good breakfast and great service at a nice and quiet location within walking distance of the train station. Definitely worth it!

It was the best hotel on our trip so far. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and lobby, my wife is very particular about this. Breakfast was good and free. And we really appreciated the free wifi. We felt this wasa great value for Venice and was an easy walk from the train station making it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend. Hardto locate and the the map directions from booking.com were not accurate. Alleyway leading to the hotel was a little disgusting.
