Sense pretensions, és un hotel molt còmode d'utilitzar, l'autobus de l'aeroport et deixa a la porta, i també et recull a la mateixa porta. Està a 4 passes de l'estació i a una mica del funicular a la ciutat alta. Una mica impersonal, però en conjunt està molt bé. |

És molt cèntric, molt pràctic per agafar busos, està a prop de tot. L'esmorzar era força variat i l'habitació també estava molt bé i molt neta.Les tovalloles molt suaus, el llit molt còmode. No, tot estava bé, potser més canals de televisió, i el gel de bany tenia un perfum horrible. |

Very nice hotel. Handy to the Bergamo Airport. Very nice staff. Arranged taxi for a very early flight and were very helpful. Nice location in the town of Bergamo which is very pretty. |

Good location a good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff Hotel restaraunt was closed on some evenings. There is no lobby bar, its not esential but it would have been nice. |

Comfortable stopover before flight. Airport bus right outside . Good breakfast with open fire in the room. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Room had very bad smell coming from bathroom. Problem with drainage /sewage or vent. We had checked in very late -- after 10pm -- and problem manifested through the night. It was difficult to linger in the bathroom and after breakfast we immediately checked out. When we mentioned the problem at the reception the man said we should have told him and we could have changed room and there was nothing he could do now. He thanked us for informing him of problem but no apology was forthcoming. We had stayed in hotel previously and enjoyed so this was very disappointing. We are now concerned as we have already booked rooms with friends in January and certainly do not want similar experience.!! |

The rooms were comfrotable and clean, with nice added touches such as bathrobes and slippers. It is very centrally located between the railway station and upper town, which makes it an excellent base. The breakfast was fairly comprehensive, and included some tasty cake. When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. It took over an hour to sort this out, and considerable stress. It emerged that the reception staff had read my passport wrong, and were confused over my name (they thought my first name was surname etc), which seems quite concerning for hotel staff. An appology for this was given, and we were told we would be upgraded to a superior room. The room we were subsequently given, although lovely, did not look like the 'superior rooms' mentioned on the website etc, and looked like a standard room. Althouh I enjoyed by stay at this hotel, it didn't get it off to the right start! |

Excellent location with helpful friendly staff. Hotel very clean and comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel for visiting Bergamo. Breakfast could have more variety of fresh fruits etc. Please leave instructions for altering the thermastat in the rooms, it has been too hot on the 4 occasions we have stayed. |

room was spotless and well decorated room a bit small and had no view. next doors plumbing sounded like it was rushing through our room every time the toilet was flushed. There was no view from the room as it looked onto a dingy courtyard. Do not know how they found 4 stars for this one! |

Good location. Free airport shuttle from front door every half hour. Housekeeping excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. V Good room with all furnishings and decor in first class condition. |

The hotel is in a good location near to shops and facilities in Citta Bassa and only a short walk to the funicular up to Citta Alta and the station. The bus stops are right outside the hotel and just across the road to the ATB for travel tickets. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent start to the day. Thank you. No, the hotel was excellent. |

Excellent location. Quiet rooms over the courtyard. Excellent breakfast. First night room was excellent very quiet but when we returned 3 days later we were given a room near the service lift which was noisy. We had specifically asked for a quiet room. |

The room was very smart, comfortable, clean and well-fitted and finished. Excellent location for the new town as well as easy transport to the very impressive old town. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent breakfast and polite, helpful staff. |

Hotel was in an ideal location for the airport, shops, old town, restaurants, cafes etc. Rooms were spotless and breakfast was really lovely and you did not have to be up for 7am to enjoy it. It was good that it was available until 10am. |

An excellent central location close to the rail and bus stations, with a bus stop for services to the airport, and close to both the lower and upper towns. A very comfortable room, good breakfast, and friendly,efficient staff. Provision of English language newspapers and TV channels could be improved. |

The readiness of the staff to ensure that we enjoyed Bergamo - they were really friendly and helpful. Perhaps the fact that there isn't a bar, as such, in the sense of a separate room/space. You can order a drink, of course, but the lobby is a little impersonal. (Small quibble!) |
