Room was small and very hot and stuffy. Disappointed that staff were unable to put air con on or turn down heating despite requests. If a/c is not available it should not be advertised as such and should be reflected in the price.

Great hotel not far from Bergamo airport (4km) but in the heart of Bergamo. They have several idea how to pamper the guests such as playstation in room for kids, or you can choose from severel pillows in order to have a good sleep. In the morning the hotel offers reach breakfest. Finally I can warmly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bergamo.

Location was very good - room was clean and well presented. My wife and I stayed in one room with our 16 year old son too and the hotel had put 3 single beds neatly in a line, with enough towels etd for all of us - very good. Despite being advertised as a hotel with air conditioning (which it was), the air conditioning was switched off due to "the time of the year". This was very frustrating as the bedroom was very warm and needed the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open therefore and as we were at the front of the hotel which is by the main road. It was too noisy to sleep therefore. A real shame.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and would certainly return. The location is perfect to sightsee and enjoy all aspects of the beautiful town of Bergamo. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are lots of things to explore in the area and easy access to buses which will take you directly to the City Alta and the location is well within easy walking distance to both the train station and the funicular which takes you up the hill to the old town. Highly recommended. If anything to avoid possibly arriving on the Thursday evening as the hotel was used by a number of business people, who were extremely early rises. Having said that the remaining two nights were very peaceful.

I would have put excellent for all questions, Only one member of staff spoilt it when my wife went down for breakfast, a member of staff said that it was too late at 9.45am when in fact, breakfast finished at 10.00am. Apart from that one item, the rest of our stay was excellent.

Central location - convenient to railway station & bus route to Citta Alta. Room and hotel in general was far too warm. Breakfast choice was reasonable. It would not be accurate to say that the dining room staff were rude however they just came across as being totally indifferent. Breakfast was available up to 10am. On one of the mornings of our stay we were informed by the waiter at 9.55 that "breakfast stops at 10". On the dot of 10am the staff proceeded to clear the entire buffet. Fortunately we had finished but it lead to a mad scramble on the part of some other guests to grab what they wanted before it all disappeared!
