Location was great near to shops , bus stops and the old town. Great for the Airport only 10 minutes away from Hotel by Taxi.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff taking care of your needs. Very good breakfasts. Perfect equipment of the room and bathroom. Nice gift for children. Hotel recommended to everyone. Tiny lift. Poor TV signal on the second night.

Easy check in, friendly helpful staff, very spacious big room clean airey and very comfortable beds.location great 10 to 15 min from airport bus num 1 from outside airport for 2euros takes you outside hotel.Generally a nice place Bergamon relaxing and green nice shops and a must visit to old town,cobbled roads plenty of quaint resturants to chose from.

Central location. Good-sized rooms. Paper - thin walls. No bath and shower took ages to warm up. Tiny bar area. No information in rooms or at reception about facilities e.g. terrace, gym.

Central location, near train station and shopping area and good restaurants. Breakfasts were superb, staff were attentive and polite. Twin room was very comfortable, nice terrace and gym/sauna. Language was a barrier sometimes and it was not possible to avail of bus/ coach tours to visit tourist sights in the area. The twin room, though very comfortable and very clean, was a little small but adequate for the four nights we spent there.

Convenient, quiet, friendly Small room, there was some transient problem with sewer gas venting - we did not notify the staff, but it lasted for several hours and was very unpleasant.

Very comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Free WiFi. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Noise from traffic. Rooms to hot and stuffy, don't like to sleep with air conditioning on but couldn't open windows due to traffic noise.

Excellent location near sights and just down the street from the train station. The walls of this hotel are surprisingly thin for such a luxurious hotel. We could clearly hear everything in the room next door.

Good location, handy for shops, restaurants and the funicular railway up to the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although our room was on the small side, it was spotlessly clean, smelled really fresh and had all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was also excellent and I have to say that this hotel is great value for money. Nothing to complain about except the weather...... :-(

The location is great and the superior room was as expected with nice balcony. Breakfast was really good. The staff is not client oriented they don't care about your issues. If you have any question or problem solve it your self, don't rely on them.
