At booking I chose no breakfast (3 EUR), because I had to leave before 6 a.m. I was quite surprised o receive an e-mail after informing me that I could strill add breakfast for 5 EUR. If I did that on check-in, it would have cost 10 EUR and if I decided on the same morning - 15 EUR. I find that really mean - I understand changing the price once, because they need to know how much products to buy (assuming it's fresh products), but changing the price 4 times and increasing it from 3 to 15 EUR?! That's not nice!
Location is OK - I needed something close to the station, so although it was not the closest (7 min walking), it could also be comfortable for the upper town, i.e., in the middle of everything.
Staff is nice and welcoming, a double room was big enough and the bathroom was comfortable. The decoration is of a typical 3-4 stars hotel 20 years ago, but everything is clean and functioning. I would mention though that L'Occitane toiletries, as in the the photos, were no available :).
Wi-fi was working well, I didn't have a chance to have breakfast, so can't really eveluate it.
The guests receive a questionnaire after booking asking to choose pillows, so could be important for some.
