Central situation and to the lovely Old Town of Bergamo. Great breakfast.

Good location a good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff

Hotel restaraunt was closed on some evenings. There is no lobby bar, its not esential but it would have been nice.

The rooms were comfrotable and clean, with nice added touches such as bathrobes and slippers. It is very centrally located between the railway station and upper town, which makes it an excellent base. The breakfast was fairly comprehensive, and included some tasty cake.

When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. It took over an hour to sort this out, and considerable stress. It emerged that the reception staff had read my passport wrong, and were confused over my name (they thought my first name was surname etc), which seems quite concerning for hotel staff. An appology for this was given, and we were told we would be upgraded to a superior room. The room we were subsequently given, although lovely, did not look like the 'superior rooms' mentioned on the website etc, and looked like a standard room. Althouh I enjoyed by stay at this hotel, it didn't get it off to the right start!

Excellent location with helpful friendly staff. Hotel very clean and comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel for visiting Bergamo.

Breakfast could have more variety of fresh fruits etc. Please leave instructions for altering the thermastat in the rooms, it has been too hot on the 4 occasions we have stayed.

Good location. Free airport shuttle from front door every half hour. Housekeeping excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. V Good room with all furnishings and decor in first class condition.

The hotel is in a good location near to shops and facilities in Citta Bassa and only a short walk to the funicular up to Citta Alta and the station. The bus stops are right outside the hotel and just across the road to the ATB for travel tickets. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent start to the day. Thank you.

Excellent location. Quiet rooms over the courtyard. Excellent breakfast.

First night room was excellent very quiet but when we returned 3 days later we were given a room near the service lift which was noisy. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.

coffee in pot at breakfast was very disappointing. Internal sound-proofing could be improved (street/external was good) - audible washing machine at c 5am

The room was very smart, comfortable, clean and well-fitted and finished. Excellent location for the new town as well as easy transport to the very impressive old town. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent breakfast and polite, helpful staff.

The readiness of the staff to ensure that we enjoyed Bergamo - they were really friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the fact that there isn't a bar, as such, in the sense of a separate room/space. You can order a drink, of course, but the lobby is a little impersonal. (Small quibble!)

Single room quite very small but OK. Expensive private parking (20 Euro)

We wetre expecting only Continental breakfast but were pleasantly surprised at the variety of food available, including hot buffet.
