Hotel Capri  

The staff is nice and helpful and the location is very convenient.

The bathrooms were not in very good conditions: the toilet seat was not attached properly to the toilet and the showers were not working properly as there was very little water coming out and the temperature of the water was going from cold to hot and you had to keep adjusting it.

It was close to the metro station.

The room was not very good and the bathroom showers were not working well. The bathroom floor was flooding and no one was attending to it. The breakfast offered was very poor. The staff was hospitable but not very knowledgeable of the city. I would probably not stay there again.

I stayed in Ana Capri hotel for 5 nights during Oct 2012. The staff from Bangladesh was quite cooperative and friendly. The only plus point I found, was the central location of hotel, it was at the distance of just five minutes walk from Roma Termini station, which made it convenient to get access to all places of Roma using bus, metro and train. Location was good as one can visit most of the places through walk. The hotel staff needs to be courteous and supportive, otherwise I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The size was the single room was too small, but it was clean and safe. I had no TV and internet signals in my room, though availablity of TV and internet was mentioned on the website. Fridge did not work either. The room had no heating and was quite cold. The Hotel owner was quite rude and not supportive, was unwilling to listen to guests' complaints. They even did not allow to use the microvave of the kitchen to make your own tea/ coffee. The cost of room did not justifiy the value for money too.

Location is good but their staffs with bad attitude it Asian people.

When I check in there is no water and wifi, the staffs asked me to come back later afternoon. When I come back there is still not tap water in the room. When I report to the Italian staffs he said there is nothing he can do. What a bad attitude it customers.

The room is clean

The staff isnt friendly. The room has the airconditioner but when i asked to use, the staff didnt agree, he was agrresive. No aảiconditioner, no fan, no escalator Even when the temperature was 36oC. I hate the attitude of the staff, It seemed that he cant speak english and didnt understand what i tried to explain. He always said " no madam". It was terrible.

I was travelleing with a friend of mine, beacuse of this I booked a room with two beds. But when we arrive there they told us that they do not have any place. They gave us a room in a different hotel at the same building, but the room was with just a double bed. We, two guys, had to sleep at the same bed first night. Second day they moved us to a room that we reserved, but both days they did not delivered the rooms till 2 pm. (It was 12 pm in our reservation form) Also there was not any wireless connection at the rooms. The staff was not speaking English and it was absolutely hard to communicate.

clean and convenient, once i got there. fastest free wifi i've experienced

four floors with lift not working, stairwell was filthy but hotel was clean once i reached it. no clear sign on street.

Literie moyenne. Pas de salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner qui doit être pris dans la chambre alors qu'il n'y a pas de table. Petit- déjeuner très frugale. Hôtel en cas de dernier recours seulement

Очень радушный персонал, горячий кофе в номер в то время, которое мы попросили, чистые полотенца и бельё ежедневно, удобное расположение (5 минут от вокзала и автобусных остановок, не более 30-40 минут пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей - с 6-летним ребёнком доходили до Ватикана и Трастевере).

Удобное расположение в 3 минутах от центрального вокзала Termini и единственной станции метро расположенной на обоих ветках. За полчаса можно дойти пешком до большинства основных достопримечательностей, причем маршрут будет проходит по историческому центру, что само по себе приятно.

Camere molto grandi e accoglienti, materassi e cuscini comodi, servizi buoni. Rapporto qualità- prezzo veramente ottimo, credo non sia facile trovare hotel carini a così basso costo e in zone centrali come quella.

Lo staff é stato pessimo: maleducato, rumoroso e poco disponibile con gli orari.

Zimmer: zb. 1 Leuchtstoffröhre an der Wand. sehr schmutzig.Kühlschrank schwarz vom Schimmel. Schiebetüren vom Schrank nur mit Gewalt halb zu öffnen. 1 Kleiderbügel. auf Nachfrage suchte man einen zweiten.Türschloss mit Karte funktionierte nicht.insgesamdt ca.15 mal Weg zur Rezeption (1Etage tiefer).Erst ab 3mal kam jemand mit hoch.Auch dann kein öffnen.es wurden dann jedesmal erst einige Karten ausprobiert. Diese Geschichte einige male.Im Bad rostiger defekter Papierhalter andere Teile sehr schmutzig. Achtung: !!! Zimmer mit Frühstück bezahlt. Aber der Frühstücksraum wird erst in ca. zwei Monaten fertig.Es wurden uns 2 Zwieback und Kaffee angeboten.Kein Preisnachlass.

the most awful hostal I have erery been to. its very close to the termini,but hard to find,cos the sign is very little.但是酒店招牌非常小，那附近的酒店特别多，各种青年旅馆，一不小心，你都要绝望了，因为整条街看过去，各种- 酒店招牌，你就是找不到这个capri，让你觉得好像订了一个假酒店似的。 not credit card accept.since the booking.com told its accept credit card, but when I arrive the acception(female)ask my for the cash,and I was told no credit card is acceptable .BUT after I left the hotel,I was receive a email from booking.com said that my credit card is rejected, seems to say it my credit card's problem!!! 收现金，拒收信用卡，还发信给booking.com说我的信用卡有问题。这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。thankyou for the reception 's bad manners, ,especially the male!!!! I will never ever come again 员工态度非常差（那个男员工）,一开始说房间里有水池，结果是拧开水龙头却没有水的水池。the sink in the room is useless.价钱还不比周边的便宜。

Geen enkele kwaliteit. We hadden twee kamers. Onderstaand een opsomming van beide kamers. Een toilet kon niet doorgetrokken worden, dit probleem is niet opgelost. De eerste dagen geen warm water in een van de kamers. Geen blindering in een van de kamers. Losliggende stopcontacten (ook in de doucheruimte), met plakband bij elkaar gehouden kastdeuren, bed viel uit elkaar, rioollucht, lakens met vele vele gaten en vlekken, om over de kussens maar helemaal te zwijgen, douchekop ophanging ontbrak, 1 stoel op een 3 persoonskamer, enzovoort, enzovoort, enzovoort and last but not least management was grof en bezat geen enkel gevoel voor gastvrijheid. Kortom voor 90 euro verwacht ik geen luxe maar wel een zekere basis kwaliteit, die ontbrak

Rien, j'ai été très déçue mais faute de temps j'ai resté le deux jours.

L’hôtel est sale, le personnel impoli, la douche/toilettes mesure 50cm x 50cm!!!!!!!! Donc pour le prix de 90euros la nuit c'est un scandale, mieux aller dans un auberge pour 3 fois rien.

Widok na wieżę kościoła. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Słabe ciśnienie zimnej wody (mieszkaliśmy na 5 piętrze). Wolna winda. śNiadanie ( tylko 4 sucharki, jedna mała porcja dżemu, mała kawa z mlekiem)

Le principal avantage de l'hôtel capri est qu'il se truove près de la gare Termini

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas (40° dehors), le personnel déagréable, des fourmis dans la chambre, l'ascenceur ne fonctionnait pas, les esacliers en plein travaux, le petit déjeuner, très basique

Accueil très froid, voir désagréabe, petit déjeuner insuffisant: pas de choix, café au lait,pas de salle de restaurant, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur une petite table posée dans le couloir. Les horaires du petit dej étaient 7h30-8h00. Climatisation ne fonctionnant pas et internet accessible que de la reception.
