Big room with good wifi and nice staff that bought you breakfast
Breakfast - a coffee and biscuit.
-Spacious room -fantastic location -1 block from termini station -twenty minute/one mile walk from the colosseum -very friendly and helpful staff -kept our suitcases until we left forvour flight -coffee and pastry in the morning
Staff, night staff are very polite and helpful. No air condition but it is not a big problem.
The location was close to the train station
The staff kept trying to get us to buy various things, they didn't include air conditioning without a price that they make up on the spot, breakfast is terrible we kept asking for 9am breakfast and they would bring it at 8 and wake us up then come back to collect it and wake us up again, also they constantly were telling us to write only a good review and we figured if you need to tell someone to do that then maybe you should actually do something to deserve one.
very comfy location. freindly staff(javed)
they give us better room without extra money. It was confortable.
we reserved twin room but they gave us double. but it was confortable, though. the staff didn't speak English very well, but they were kind.
The reception guy was very nice but not professional. He brought me breakfast to the room and knocked at the door very loud at 8:30 on Sunday when I was sleeping after my friend's wedding.
Really dirty, room wasn't ready, staff rude
There is a very pleasant service. The hotel is located close to Roma Termini :)
Terrible staff, no customer service at all. Worst welcoming ever to a hotel, Manager kept discussing over correctly pronouncing my name. He felt I wasn't pronouncing it correctly and he was. Room is depressing. Tv didn't work. Bed has bedbugs. Bathroom completely dirty and shower was broken. Hot Water working sometimes. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and go to a decent hotel.
The hotel is very close to the train station.
Breakfast was poor. Hotel is on the 4th floor.
You should not expect much from the room, but it was clean. The location is wonderful - you can get everywhere from Termini.
Furniture in the room could be better.
The location was very good close to rome termini and most of the main attractions The accommodation was on the 4th floor and the building had a lift
The price was well over the price you would normally pay for this type of accommodation but unfortunately the prices in to rome are extremely high
Very good location, 2 mins walk from Roma Termini.
The hotel is located near Roma Termini train station, so it is easy to access all sightseeings. Though interior is not perfect, the guys at the hotel keep it clean and change towels and do cleanin everyday. The staff is friendly.
Elevator sometimes is broken, so it is hard to reach the 4th floor with suitcases, but the staff is ready to help. Sometimes we couldn't get breakfast in the required time
dirt, a lazy staff,a run down bedding and towels
It was near the train station Roma Termini.
It was creepy on some way, probably the enter end reception.
It is only 2 blocks away from Termini. Location is superb, Marco was very helpful
Nothing, this is a very budget friendly hotel, when in Rome the last thing I spend money in is in lodging, so this was perfect, there is a lot of walking involved in Rome so no need to pay hundreds of $$ when you will be outside the whole day, also Termini is a 5 min walk away and there you connect to all Italy.
excellent location close to the main Termini station
facilities very basic but functional
The staff was very nice and I always like staying by the termini when I am in Rome. The price was right.
Luckily it was cool in Rome because there was no air conditioning
For €32 a night you get a pretty good deal. It's basic but at only €10 more than Rome hostels it's a good deal. The bathroom is shared but I didn't have to wait even once (in the three days I stayed). It was very clean. I think as soon as I came out someone went in to clean it. The staff answered all my questions and let me return for my luggage later on checkout day. Very close to the station.
I'm sure the information stated air conditioning but there wasn't any. The area around the station can get a bit dodgy after 9pm (people drinking and lying around on footpaths) but if you're back in the hotel by then it won't bother you at all.
Great location, night shift staff, shopping opportunities around
Daily shift personal was arrogant and all staff can't speak english so well. Toillette in room was broken (fixed same day), outside louver can't open, too soft bed, shower wasn't in great condition
the price, and location. breakfast inclouded.
they charge you 5 euros for air conditioning. Old building.
