It was ideal for the Circumvesuviano, an essentail for a holiday without a car in a resort that is more of a centre for the surrounding atractions than of much interest in itself Package holiday sums up accurately the kind of facilities a visitor should expect. The room was serviceable and clean but small and plain. Breakfast was spartan. We didn't try any other meals. It was good value for money, considering how expensive everything is with the current state of the pound. |

The Hotel Capri is a great small hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed 7 nights and took many independent day trips. The desk was always helpful with information regarding public transportation. The hotel was quiet and a welcome place to return to after a hectic day. The pool and garden were also an asset. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The location is also good. It was near the center of Sorrento and very near the train station. One review I read before booking said the breakfast was disgusting which it was not. It was simple but always included fresh fruit, pastries and ham and cheese. |

The location of the hotel was incredible, staff were very helpful, i thought i had booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out I didnt, the lovely girla t reception swapped me for no extra cost two days later when there was a room available. very helpful, and the vreakfast was lovely! |

The location was excellant and the hotel was very comfortable. Our rooms had balconies looking over the pool which was very refreshing after a day at Pompeii or Vesuvius. The buffet breakfast was good. |

It was a nice and clean hotel, with good location (close to centre of Sorrento, station of Circumvesuvian) Using swimming pool was not free (just to say something ) |

We are 2 couples from Vancouver Canada. We had 2 seperate rooms each a small balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is easy to find from the local train station. The rooms are small but clean, safe, convient and have great a/c. The provided breakfast is a bit basic but the pool with beer service was great after full on hot day seeing the sights. They do noy allow outside purchased food to be eaten their wonderful little garden area. |

The location of the hotel is close to the main piazza, to the train station, but not noisy as you could expect from such location.The guests are mainly mature couples, so choosing the hotel depends on your age.The outdoor pool is practical for this age . The cleaniness is good. We booked a room for 7 days, and then we wanted to cancel the 3 last days.We told the hotel 3 days in advance. At first , they refused to cancel!!!They wanted us to pay all the amount due!!!After arguing with them,and telling them about booking.com policy,they accepted to let us go.Very "professional".The coffee on breakfast was AWFUL,and the coffee machine broke.we had no cold water in the bathroom, only hot.The air conditioner is central, so it doesnt turn off. |

Very helpful staff at reception. Speak good English and is knowledgeable about travel and transport info. Booking.com very efficient. No transfer/help from pier to the hotel for customers with big and heavy luggage. The air con is out of order. The fruit and vegetable at the breakfast are not fresh enough. |

Room was reasonably spacious and comfortable except the control panel of the air-conditioner was not working and no soap tray inside the shower cubicle. Good location as it is close to main train station and the town centre. |

Hotel is central and near the train station and main bus routes. Breakfast was better than we expected - eggs, fresh fruit, choice of cereals, breads and cakes. Only needed to use the air con on our last night and found it didn't stay on and switch appeared broken. Not enough of an issue for us to complain there and then - mentioned it on check-out and receptionist very apologetic. Suggest request room at rear to minimise traffic noise. |

convenient to the whole area of Naples without being in the centre of a large city - public transport excellent. Lovely hotel and lots going on round it. Couldn't change the aircon temperature - it was too good, a bit chilly |

The pool. I am sorry I did not have time to try the 3rd floor facilities. I asked for a room with a balcony, my reservation was confirmed without change but I was given a room without a balcony. |

small friendly hotel with excellent location, near everything could not fault it. My brother died when I was there and staff were very helpful. I will recommend it to family and friends. Lovely staff very warm and friendly. I was going to a wedding and I asked if I could borrow an iron to press my wedding skirt and top and no-one could help me or even do it for me and charge me of course which I expected. But that was the only thing. |

perfect location on main shopping street, 5 mins walk from Piazza Tasso with restaurants etc, 2 mins from railway station for trains to Pompeii or Naples, and 10 mins from ferry port for Capri. Small but adequate swimming pool - lifesaver after a hard day's sightseeing. Excellent staff, all friendly and helpful. air conditioning impossible to turn off unless you open windows. Choice between noisy air con or outdoor noise to wake you up. |
