- Large rooms - Modern room design - Location
- Polite but tired staff - Lift too small - Unfriendly breakfast crew
it is really nice location.very very good location. very helpfull staff. good price
small lift and breakfast room
the stuff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the location was great and there was a free parking in front of the hotel.
the room was small, WiFi was weak, and breakfast was basic.
Location closed to downtown room very clean
Rom for breakfast too small
Staff quickly responsive to problems and requests. Good room safe for money and valuables. Excellent room-cleaning service. Central location, but up steep hill from metro station, exhausting for older people, particularly in a heat wave.
Room almost entirely taken up by bed, making it difficult to get to bathroom at night. No easy chair for reading or watching TV. No in-room coffee facilities. Lift and breakfast room both inadequate to number of clients. Breakfast room very squashed and inconvenient. Buffet breakfast unimaginative and unappetising.
The rooms were nice and big enough and the staff very friendly. It is very central and only 5 min from the spanish stairs.
The hotel itself is very narrow- the stairhall and the elevator. It is locacted right next to a tabledancebar which is not pleasent when you travel with children. The breakfastroom is much too small and there is place for only 20 people to sit. The others have to wait in the lobby until a table gets free which in my point of view is an absolutly "no go"!!!
Perfect location for walking around Rome, in a nice affluent and safe area, just off Via Veneto. Also a 5 min walk to Barberini underground station. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly both at reception and in the breakfast room, and the cleaning lady. All staff dealt promptly with our requests. Rooms are modern and nicely furnished with clean simple lines, exactly like the photos.
The lift could only take 3 people, so there was sometimes a bit of a wait, and it was a little claustrophobic. But a small lift is better than none!
The rooms were nice, the staff helpfull and the location very good- 10 min from spanish stairs or via dela corso.
The hotel itself is very small and narrow ehich is not pleasant. The bathtooms are tiny and there is no place for 2 people in the same time. In the breakfastroom there is only place for 20 people to sit and the others have to wait in the lobby until there is a table available.
great staff and lovely room. Nice restaurant next door
Close to Trevi and Spanish steps. Well equipped, clean, good breakfast, value for money.
One reception staff not too friendly.Breakfast area quite small for size of hotel. Strip club next door, although in five days there saw nothing untoward.
getting wi fi code is so complex
Good location ne'er the metro , the room is new and clean.
Not worth getting up for breakfast - No eggs and no vegetables. The wifi is very bad with lots of disconnections
great location, modern good looking room, pleasant staff
small room, breakfast room is too small
Traditional hotel with a modern twist inside. Very good location near the best shops and restaurants in Rome.
The location of this hotel is perfect , only 5 minutes from the famous via vineto and 10 minutes from the Spanish steps.
But the quality of the rooms, lobby and the breakfast area are just ridicules !! We booked a superior room and payed extra for it (and it was not cheap), to be shocked by the size and design of the room that was not practical or useful at all , not mentioning the quality of the furniture was very bad , you felt that it was old and over used. The free wifi was extremely difficult to connect to , and requires a log in every 10 minutes , not mentioning the very week signal. The bathroom on the other hand was a more worse story , where the shower didn't even have a glass door or a curtain to block the water from flooding every thing. The breakfast area was so cramped that you just want to leave , and the food choices where very limited. There are much better hotels in the same area for the same price
The location was great, just of a Main Street and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps .....can't fault this place at all .Staff were great and next time I'm in Rome I will be booking again
the single room was small but with a nice modern forniture
the breakfast is pretty poor.
The room was big enough, clean, and modern. Staffs were helpful. Location is fair, close to Spangia metro station
Shower didn't work.
Location is fantastic!
Breakfast room is too small and crowded
good location for sightseeing modern bathroom
rare selection at breakfast dust/dirt in the room even after personal note to reception
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Italy. Very central to everything.
No warm food for breakfast. Tight breakfast room.
The location (however bear in mind that you should walk an uphill parallel to Via Veneto). Also, the room was very clean and value for money.
The room was small and poorly soundproofing,we could hear next door visitors talking .The elevator also is very small and constantly occupied.
Staff were not helpful and unresponsive when asked basic questions (e.g. how much is a typical taxi ride from the hotel to the vatican). Hotel is located next to a strip club.
