El tracte familiar i humà de les recepciocinistes. Fins i tot vàrem tenir que avançar la tornada per la mort d'un familiar i ens van acompanyar a l'aeroport amb el seu cotxe particular. Estarem per sempre en deute amb les magnífiques recepcionistes. Us prometem que tornarem. Moltíssimes Gràcies!!! Tot perfecte!!! |

L'hotel estava molt be, tranquil, acollidor, amb habitacions maques i confortables. El barri on estava cituat tot i la seva proximitat de l'estació, era una miqueta complicat. Barri residencial xinés, que quan és de nit queda una mica fosc. |

Ens ha agradat molt la tranquil·litat que hi havia a l'hotel, sense sorolls. L'hotel és molt net, l'habitació molt confortable. El personal és molt agradable i simpàtic. L'hotel està molt ben comunicat. Ens ha agradat moltíssim, pensem repetir si mai tornem a Roma. Per un malentès, no ens van venir a recollir a l'aeroport, però no vam tenir cap problema per arribar-hi. |

Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Helpful when making an enquiry. Ground floor room was small, but clean. Hotel convenient to rail and bus. Breakfast adequate. |

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and where the Terravision bus dropped us of. There are also 2 metro stops closer to the hotel which makes it easy to get around. The road leading from Termini Station to the hotel is a bit scruffy but this tends to be the norm close to train stations anywhere in Europe. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good: Termini and bus stop for buses going to Vatican and city centre is just 3 mins walk. I would recommend this hotel for short stay only. Breakfast is horrible, although coffee is fine. Bathroom was not as clean as I expected it to be. Termini area seemed quiet dangerous. |

staff nice & friendly. Room is clean & quiet, but size too small, not worth €120 No choice in Breakfast buffet. Can't boil water in the room. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative, the rooms were small but adequate and clean. The hotel is in a good position for getting around No apart from the size of the rooms but you get what you pay for |

Staff were very helpful. Room was newly decorated and clean. Good size and good shower facility. The breakfast was barely adequate - awful coffee machine when Italy is renowned for its coffee! Rather stale cereals and 60's tinned fruit. |

location near the train station and they help to keep the luggage there when you tripto other near cities like Florence.staff warmly. room too small,wireless is not good working. |

This intimate well run Hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. It is very close to the main railway station and bus station with many of Rome's places of interest within walking distance. All the staff were friendly and very helpful whether one was asking for a place to dine or directions in the city. We shall stay there again. |
