I loved the front desk clerk Fabry and the amenities of the hotel. The area the hotel was located seemed a little dodgy. |

The staff were very pleasant, helpful. The location was quite close to the Termini. The room was large. No room tea/coffee facilities |

Hotel was nice, rooms large and clean. Great value for the price. Breakfast was decent your typical European Breakfast. There are alot of local markets around too, where you can buy drinks and food at a very cheap rate. I would definitely stay here again! Only downside to the hotel, is that you aren't relatively close to any of the main sites in Rome. I am a fast walker and it took my about 45mins to walk from Piazza Navona to the hotel. However, you are about a 2 min walk from Termini which is a huge plus when arriving and leaving, and if you like the Subway from Termini can be used to access most of the sites. |

The hotel was situated near the metro, railway station, supermarket and also within walking distance from most of the main sights. The breakfast was better than we expected and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big, nicely decorated and clean. We have only good things to say about Hotel Caracciolo and we'd definitely stay there again because the price-quality -ratio was excellent. |
