To προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, η τιμή του ήταν φυσιολογική σε σχέση με τις ακριβές τιμές των ξενοδοχείων στη Ρώμη. Δεν αρκεί μόνο το ντους στο μπάνιο,μπορεί κάποιος να θέλει να πλυθεί τοπικά,χωρίς να πρέπει να λουστεί κιόλας.Τα δωμάτια είναι "non smoking".Το ξενοδοχείο αδικείται λόγω περιοχής.Τermini = Σταθμός Λαρίσης ή Πλατεία Βάθης,και επειδή δεν υπάρχουν μέσα μεταφοράς μετά τις 12 ,τα ταξί κανουν party...το λιγότερο που μπορείς να πληρώσεις ειναι 10€ από το κέντρο κέντρο.. |

The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly with my baby's needs. They were very friendly and created a nice atmosphere. The family room was big enough for our needs. The sealant and some grouting in the shower needed replacing as it had turned dark. |

Central location and good breakfast The room was shabbier than advertised,the heating didnt work and they won`t ring you a taxi when you leave-we had to walk up the road and find a cab to get back to the airport ! |

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The man the first night gave us a map, pointed out areas of interest and stapled the card of the hotel to the map just in case we needed it. The breakfast was good. |

Staff likes their job and oriented us and find good deals with a few excursions. For breakfast the menu was always the same |

it was clean,welcoming and room was comfortable with air conditioning etc .the lady on reception wasvery friendlyand exceptionally patient and answered all our questions on seeing the city. it is not a complaint but it would be nice to have a reception room where one could sit and have a cup of tea or a drink,the seats in the lobby offer no privacy. |

Room is clean and close to the metro. Staff are friendly and willing to help restaurant suggestions and tour information. Wifi is available only at the lounge. It would be nice to be equipped in each room. |

friendy staff very helpful in all aspects, cleanliness of room excellent , breakfast good ,useful travell directions in and around Rome. All made our holiday fantastic Thank you Hotel Caracciolo x. At first the location seemed a bit run down but never felt threatened at all , Restuarants around the hotel were good very friendly and resonably priced . |

the staff were extremely helpful and it was only a couple of minutes to the metro, which has great access to all the attractions. the hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk to the coloseum, but the metro is excellent, safe and very easy to find your way around with |

Great room, large and comfortable, beautiful bathroom. Great value for money, and good for exploring the city. The location is a bit out of the way, and not too nice surroundings; also took me sometime to find it, so study the map well... But it is close to the train station, and closer to the air terminal, so it is convenient. |

Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Helpful when making an enquiry. Ground floor room was small, but clean. Hotel convenient to rail and bus. Breakfast adequate. |

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and where the Terravision bus dropped us of. There are also 2 metro stops closer to the hotel which makes it easy to get around. The road leading from Termini Station to the hotel is a bit scruffy but this tends to be the norm close to train stations anywhere in Europe. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good: Termini and bus stop for buses going to Vatican and city centre is just 3 mins walk. I would recommend this hotel for short stay only. Breakfast is horrible, although coffee is fine. Bathroom was not as clean as I expected it to be. Termini area seemed quiet dangerous. |
