Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.
Score from 1527 reviews Very good
Just 320 yards from Roma Termini Train Station, Hotel Impero features a furnished terrace overlooking Rome’s rooftops and the nearby Opera Theatre. A varied buffet breakfast is served daily.
Score from 1723 reviews Good
Hotel Giorgina is 500 ft from Termini's Train and Metro Station. It offers simple and functional rooms with free Wi-Fi, TV and private bathroom.

Staff was super! The room was big and despite it is close to the street the insulation is rather good.
The area around the hotel is great if you walk alone.
Easy to walk to if you exit the train station by platforms 24-26. It is a three block 5-7 min walk on a rough sidewalk it you are hauling luggage. We are older and had no problems at 11:00 at night. Lots of graffiti but that is typical for Rome, especially away from the tourist areas. Room is small but works and the bed was fine. Ac worked good. We were in the third floor so no internet in the room.
No internet in room.
Localization next to train/bus/metro station (Termini), big room, nice bathroom (probably just after renovation), helpfull, english speaking personel
Borring and very pour breakfast without any fruits, wagatables. What's more butter was over the time to use (not fresh). Also there was problems with hot water and we couldn't use the wi-fi on the 2nd floor. Very loud all the time (main street just next to the hotel)
The hotel was close and it was cheap. The room was very large. All the comments about the hotel being situated in a bad part of town is exaggerated in my opinion. It is walking distance to a metro station which was in a relatively busy area with lots of small shops, not to mention it is only 10min walk from the central station. The streets are not big but well lit, so i dont really feel unsafe. Ive seen much worse.
No wifi in the room. Hot water ran out on one of the nights.
Accomodation was very nice also the staff was very helpfull top!
Not enough information about restaurants nearby the hotel
Nice enough hotel with good stuff, close to metro station
close to the station nice staffs
Considering the hotel prices in Rome I think it was a very good choice. Well, it is near to termini but for us it was an advantage aswe left to Napoli by train, and it is really close to, just don't go until the main entrance, ther is a side entrance in less then 5 minutes. And the area of Termini is absolutly not so bad as written! We were walking even after 11pm and felt safe,no problem. And we used public transport only once to Vatican then walking back the whole way! Rooms OK, clean, spacious bathroom. Overall a very good value for money.
Breakfast could be better... the juice is awully full of sugar and water, croiassant not realy fresh and one morning the milk was acid, not good any more to drink it! Don't forget to ask for capuccino or espresso, you have to ask it but that is good!
Great, helpful staff and easy access to fast and reliable wifi.
Location - didn't feel safe to walk around after dark. No restaurants nearby.
The stuff are very cheerful and helpful The room is very clean The wifi was working in our room (#103)
The breakfast had no varities (only corn flakes, croissant, jam, nutella & bread) I think they have to add eggs and different types of cheese and fruits The toileteries were not added daily The location is good regarding that it is near to termini station (20 min walking), and to vittori emmanuel station (12 min walking) and to colloseum But the area is full of korean people and gypsies .. nothing happened to us .. but u get an insecure feeling from gypsies around
The location of the hotel is good.
The area looked unsafe.
Friendly staff, good location, clean.
Strange that we had to leave the keys with the staff when we left. They didn't check our id when we asked for keys back either, just gave us the keys after asking for a room number.
Very friendly and helpful gentlemen on the front desk and at breakfast. Room was very good, bathroom excellent. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The location was near the train station which was convenient. The staff was very helpful; went out of their way to get answers to questions we had.
That the TV did not have any english speaking stations or at least subtitles in English.
We enjoyed the stay at your hotel very much. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good especially the fresh pastries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would return here any time and recommend this hotel for those visiting Rome.
The hotel was very convenient being very close to the train station but....Some of the side streets around the hotel and to go to other sites in the city were not so nice....felt uncomfortable for safety reasons.
Staff was very helpful with information about day trips and they give detailed maps and good info. You feel at home. Room is very clean.
the staf is exelente .
Closeness to the train station. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful
Close to the city center, and to Termini station. Receptionists very helpfull. Very clean.
No wireless internet in the room. Not in the best aria in Rome but safe enough. When you get out of the hotel ,go right towards Victor Emanuele station or to the Colosseum. Poor breakfast.
staff extremely helpful and friendly. good breakfast with excellent choices. large room. very clean bathroom. quiet.close to termini but note its still a decent walk. maybe 1K.about 10 EU for cab.
only drwaback is the location. Perhaps particularly as I was travelling solo I didnt feel entirely comfortable walking alone at night. Area is apartments and commercial and seems a bit run down. Only a couple of italian restaurants in walking distance.
Very helpful staff. Breakfast was good and rooms especially bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Altogether a pleasant little hotel and would use again.
Location was convenient as near Termini, but not the best area of Rome.
Well appointed bathroom Comfortable bed Plenty of space
Close to Termini Station, very clean, working air con, helpful staff, would advise if using Metro to use rater Vittorio Emanuele than Termini
Very poor breakfast
Interior of hotel was clean and well maintained.
Hotel is located in an undesirable part of the city - not as close to the Termini station as we had thought. Breakfast offered a very limited selection.
Young man and ladies in the reception were very friendly
Location Price is too high for this type of hotel Breakfast was very poor, nothing to select, coffee was horrible
