Ottima camera spaziosa e pulitissima, come il bagno. Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima vicinanza alla stazione e alla metro

Molto confortevole la camera, buona la colazione, ottima la posizione comoda alla fermata della metro e all'air terminal di stazione Termini.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e io e la mia fidanzata ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Grande cortesia e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff, colazione ottima e abbondante, zona tranquillissima e posto ottimo per riposare dopo lunghe e impegnative giornate di visita alla città di Roma. Il servizio vale molto di più di ciò che si paga. Alla sera per tornare in albergo usate il Taxi però!

Location near Termini station and metro, the price is reasonable good . Our room are good, big and clean, it also has a mini-bar. There are 2 ladies and also one man in nigths very very nice and friendly. They also have a breakfast which is acceptable for 3 star hotel. They provide us a baby bed which was good and clean. Room services are also acceptable. The internet speed was very good and it is available also in first floor. This hotel is good if you go out in the morning and come back after dinner to rest. Also the rooms have a free safe box. It is very good place for families without children for sure.

The breakfast time from 7 to 9 is too short, some morning we wanted to sleep more but because of breakfast time not possible. They do not have a microwave or oven so we had a problem to warm the baby foods, So we warm the baby food in nearby restaurants. Also for breakfast they do not boiled egg which our little child loves it. Also it would be very nice if they provide electric kettle for rooms. For families with young children it will be a little difficult to arrange for warming baby food.

There are friendly relation hotel's staff to guests.

There are cold floors in rooms and noise at night.

Radiators did not come on and it was freezing. One day there was no hot water. They gave us extra blankets and fixed the water problems.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. The hotel is close to Termini station, but much closer to Vittorio Emanuel. Free Wi-fi in the hotel lobby. Rooms were comfortable and clean, without noises from the street.

Breakfast was poor, but it had excellent croissants. The rooms were heated using AC and it was a bit cold. The reception was closing at midnight. Not the best neighbourhood during the night, but we didn't had any problems.

Small, charming, very "local" hotel. We enjoyed everything about the place, but the location was in a questionable neighborhooed albeit very convenient (walking distance to Termini Roma. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. I would not recommend walking outside the hotel late and night which the receptionist advised. We had no problems of any kind.

The location of the hotel is a plus. Not in the very centre but still 5 minute walk from any tourist attraction. The room was cosy, though the bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

As I was living on the 3d floor (2nd in Italy :) ) Wifi was not working properly all the way. Breakfeast time should be extended to 10 am (it is till 9 am atm)

We booked this hotel mainly because there were very few options available for the period we were to stay in Rome, and the price was more than we wanted to spend. That said, we were really pleased we chose the Hotel Caracciolo, because it was very well located within an easy walk to the train station and a reasonable walk to all the sites. Interesting shopping in the area and good restaurants & cafes. We found the staff friendly, our room was fresh and clean, the aircon worked and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Can't ask for much more than that for a three star hotel - although we found it expensive compared to previous visits to Rome.
