The Hotel Staff were very helpful.
Hotel Ambience was not at all good. The breakfast was repetitive and had hardly any options. It stinked in Corridor.

Staff was very frindly and helpful, rooms were in exellent condition, and the hotel was very close to a metro station and the main railway station. I will definitely book Hotel Caracciolo for my next trip as well. |

Sarah was so nice and helpfull. all of reception staff were excellent except one night man on duty. the room was v clean as was the hotel. i requested a double bed as I have a v bad back,and asked by e mail twice, but we got 2 single beds pushed together.i was annoyed. |

Room was really clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is a nice little market place quite close. You shoud visit there if you want same fresh fruits. There was spme street noice, but it didn't bother us. |

The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent, it was a 3 star hotel, but the room was 4+! The reception was small, but you don't really need a big one, the most important in a hotel is the room, and it was very good! It's situated in a bit dodgy area, but not too bad |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They not only helped with issues at the hotel such as the safe not working correctly (which was fixed immediately), but constantly gave directions to various places around town without any complaints. The neighborhood the hotel is in wasn't the best. It is close to the train station and gets a little "seedy" during the walk back if you are out on the town late (2200 and on). |
