The Worldhotel Ripa Roma is modern hotel in the popular area of Trastevere, 165 ft from the tram stop to the historic center of Rome.

The old style lift, the short walk to Colsieum, the ability to contact Julius Caesar's ghost!
the wifi only in one room.
Great little hotel just a short walk or taxi ride from Rome's main attractions. Everything was spotless and the free happy hour is fab! We found it to be a perfect meeting point before heading off out.
Bed was very hard and free wifi was useless!
The staff were amazingly friendly. The free breakfasts were incredible, and delicious. The location is within walking distance of pretty much everything!
If you're tall, somethings will be a bit squeazy but nothing terrible!
Room was lovely! tastefully decorated Clean and comfortable Good continental breakfast staff were excellent too
Location was great. Staff very helpful.
Walls very thin, you could them talking in the next room.
Easy access to tour bus and central Rome, clean and tidy, staff spoke excellent English, very helpful
Wifi only in lobby which is crowded and few seats
Very warm room, comfortable bed, very clean ,friendly receptionist staff (Kilie is A++++), excellent breakfast, great coffee too.
No WiFi in room(but who cares on vacation)
The hotel is located right in the center of Rome so I could walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, the St. Peter’s Basilica and many other tourist attractions. The main entrance of all rooms is in the building next to the reception of the hotel and you will have the hotel receptionist open the door for you. To me, it is quite safe. The hotel staff were really nice and willing to help whenever I needed it. The room was cozy, so was the restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet. There was no WIFI in the room but it was available in the lobby of the hotel, and there was also a laptop there for the guests to use. After discovering Rome for a whole day, I liked to catch up with friends online in the hotel lobby in the evening, enjoyed the Happy Hour (6pm-8pm, free drinks and mini pizzas) and sometimes had a chat with the hotel staff. I was very glad and satisfied to choose Caravaggio for my first trip to Rome, and I’d like to recommend it to people who look for a hotel in Rome that offers a good price and a nice stay at the same time.
location, quiet room
Location friendly and helpful staff Breakfast simple but included ;)
WLAN access only at hotel reception
-location -price -staff
-breakfast started 7.30 am and last only 2 hours. 6.30-9.30 would be better.
The staff is fantastic!!! The location also...
Personnel, wonderful breakfasts, comfort location, near everything.
Clean room, helpful and kind staff, location was excellent right near a trendy part of Rome (Monti). Happy hour was great. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options to choose from. Good value for Rome.
Shower was freezing cold twice we went to use it and could not properly shower as a result. At other times it was intermittently cold, problem needs fixing. Breakfast room needs to be larger. Our last day we couldn't even have breakfast as all the tables were full and there were no bread rolls or pastries left at 8am! we think this was unusual though as we had busy but ok breakfasts on our other days. The ladies that ran the breakfasts were always working flat out though, seems as though she needed some help! No wifi in the rooms.
The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions but if you prefer to take a bus then the bus station is only a short walk away. The hotel was comfortable and authentic typical of Italian style. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would hightly recommend this hotel,
The site, the price and the room. It was clean and very nice. Kindly reception.
The pillows was very hard, and the noise from the neighboor-rooms ventilation on the bathroom was noisy as a ferry
Apart from being very central and you can do central Rome on foot, the hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, breakfast is excellent and also has a happy hour at the reception. to top it all the staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional.
A Hotel with loads of character, who cares that you have to leave one door out onto the street to be buzzed into the second door to your accomodation, and who cares about the old rickety lift - it adds to the character. It was a lovely hotel in a great location with great staff, OK, not 4 star but in Rome you get a lot of these hotels, and this is one of the better ones.
Breakfast room was, shall we say, cosy.
Friendly and helpful stuff, great location, good European type breakfast.
Wifi only in the lobby
The staff were excellent
Excellent position central to everything
Friendly, helpful staff Great coffee Good reading material in lobby Effective air con Clean
Wld have been good to have wifi and safe in rooms
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and good central location to get everywhere. Lovely atmospheric old Italian hotel
Lack of tea coffee in room. Poor hot water supply. Noisy
Location, staff, room.
No internet in rooms
Hotel Caravaggio is close to the Colloseum and other fascinating places. The reception staff were mostly very helpful, and moved us after the first night to a quieter room.
The breakfasts were too sweet and not fresh ingredients - sometimes rather stale rolls - processed meat / cheese, and sickly sweet juice. Also the same every day, pretty much.
