Sicuramente le foto delle camere sono fatte molto bene ma nella realta non è sicuramente un 4 stelle a mio parere. Inoltre il buffet della colazione è al quanto scarno.Ho trovato dei 4 stelle ben oltre questa struttura con prezzi paragonabili.Personalmente non lo consiglio.

Das Hotel hat unserer Ansicht keine 4Sterne verdient. Fuer eine einfache Uebernachtung reicht es aber. Die Lage war fuer Napoli sehr gut, da direkt in der historischen Altstadt an der ehemaligen historischen Hauptstrasse gelegen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt fuer Ausfluege und Spaziergaenge. Die besten Pizzerias direkt in der Naehe. Das erste uns zugewiesene Zimmer war eher 2Sterne und sehr laut und dunkel. Nach Rueckfrage haben wir dann ein viel groesseres Zimmer bekommen, was wohl zu den besten des Hotels gehoerte. Das Fruehstueck war eines der duerftigsten unserer 5Tage Reise.

Accueil sympathique , hôtel bien situé pour visiter la ville et peu éloigné de la gare 20 mn à pied pour aller sur les sites de Pompei et Herculanum en train .Idem pour accéder au port pour embarquer pour les îles . Bon rapport qualité prix avec un petit côté charme .

Clean and comfortable, large rooms, low price, nice breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff. Location good for experiencing the old, narrow cobblestone streets of the city. No convenient metro station, a 15 minute brisk walk to the Central Train Station. Bathroom fan too loud.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale alla reception. La camera "Quadrupla" era una matrimoniale con l'aggiunta di 2 letti singoli e non ci si poteva nemmeno muovere. Bagno piccolo con doccia. Condizioni di manutenzione, pulizia ed efficienza non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. La posizione: pur essendo vicino al Duomo, è in una piazzetta di una traversa, molto piccola (difficile da raggiungere e trovare parcheggio) e poco "rassicurante", sia per la pulizia che per la Sicurezza.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Buchung von Ausflügen klappte hervorragend, ebenso das Taxi zum Rückflug. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir ein wunderschönes Zimmer hatten, mit Blick auf den kleinen Vorplatz und auf den Dom. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig gewesen, ein nettes Vorzimmer und geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Danke, dass wir dieses tolle Zimmer bewohnen durften - es ist vermutlich das Schönste des Hotels gewesen!!! Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend gewesen, das Buffet wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt, so daß Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, süße Spezialitäten usw. Ausreichend vorhanden waren. Wir waren so beigeistert, dass wir beim nächsten Neapel-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen würden.
