1. The location - the center of napoli - is not the place to stay: old city center is the place to enjoy - it is rather dangerous 2. The room is not clean 3. Room is rather big but the window is microscopic 4. The furniture is old and not very clean It is 2+ - 3 star hotel

This hotel is in a very central location in the old city & is a walkable distance from the Train Station. It has been modernised & could be quite nice with a few changes. From here it is easy to walk to the National Archeological Museum, Duomo, Piazza Bellini, & interesting shops, food & people.....

Naples is quite a shock at first as it is very dirty with rubbish lying around everywhere & dodgy looking people lining the streets from the station. The hotel is located in a very narrow street behind the Duomo on a little, neglected Piazza. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The air-con didn't work & the T.V. only had Italian stations...no bbc or cnn even. The breakfast was very basic.

Our room had tiny many tiny black pieces of the ceiling falling onto the bed. The beds were uncomforable (hard, short, sheets scratchy). It was hot and humid outside and when we arrived at around 8 P.M., the room was stuffy and smelly. There is air conditioning, but even when we kept it on all night, it barely made the room tolerable for sleeping. For the room we stayed in, we had to walk through a smelly central outdoor corridor full of supplies and junk of the hotel to get to our room. We had booked two nights, but in spite of the fact that we knew we would not get our second night refunded, we changed our plans to stay in another hotel instead of having to put up with this place another night

qualité/prix trés moyen. pour ce qui vienne en voiture, il y a un garage dans une rue pas trop loin de l'hôtel.

O hotel fica ao lado do Duomo no centro histórico. O café da manhã é simples, mas fazem um bom capuccino.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas, as instalações são terríveis. O elevador estava quebrado. Não íamos precisar pois para acessar nosso quarto tínhamos que sair num pátio sujo, subir um lance de escadas, e dai entrar no corredor. Ainda bem que não estava chovendo pois o pátio era aberto. O quarto era grande, porém as camas eram de armar (ficamos num quarto família para 4) e do teto de madeira rústica caia uma poeira marrom que deixava o quarto sujo. O ar condicionado não funcionava direito e estava mais fresco do lado de fora, e o banheiro não tinha ventilação além do chuveiro estar quebrado. Terrível. Ainda bem que passamos somente uma noite. Um absurdo um hotel desse ser classificado como 4 estrelas.

Sicuramente le foto delle camere sono fatte molto bene ma nella realta non è sicuramente un 4 stelle a mio parere. Inoltre il buffet della colazione è al quanto scarno.Ho trovato dei 4 stelle ben oltre questa struttura con prezzi paragonabili.Personalmente non lo consiglio.

Das Hotel hat unserer Ansicht keine 4Sterne verdient. Fuer eine einfache Uebernachtung reicht es aber. Die Lage war fuer Napoli sehr gut, da direkt in der historischen Altstadt an der ehemaligen historischen Hauptstrasse gelegen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt fuer Ausfluege und Spaziergaenge. Die besten Pizzerias direkt in der Naehe.

Das erste uns zugewiesene Zimmer war eher 2Sterne und sehr laut und dunkel. Nach Rueckfrage haben wir dann ein viel groesseres Zimmer bekommen, was wohl zu den besten des Hotels gehoerte. Das Fruehstueck war eines der duerftigsten unserer 5Tage Reise.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear

Liegt inmitten der Altstadt und hat eigentlich einen guten Preis, der siehe unten...was ich sehr gut fand, war das multikulturelle Personal und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen

Da Ethiopian Airlines überbucht hatte, und ich ein Tag später zum Welt Urban Forum anreiste, musste ich auch für diesen Tag voll bezahlen, obwohl ich rechtzeitig abgesagt hatte. Ich hatte zusätzlich die Versicherung dazugebucht, die besagt, dass bei rechtzeitiger Absage, keine Kosten entstehen. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich hier schon aus Prinzip ein anderes Hotel genommen. Nun ja, ich wollte mit meiner Frau nach Napoli reisen und in diesem Hotel absteigen, ein Grund dies nicht zu tun... Weil zu kleinlich mit der Abrechnung.

Clean and comfortable, large rooms, low price, nice breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff. Location good for experiencing the old, narrow cobblestone streets of the city.

No convenient metro station, a 15 minute brisk walk to the Central Train Station. Bathroom fan too loud.

Quattro stelle assolutamente immotivate. Hotel da medio tre stelle come hotel, vecchio e non ammodernato, inoltre tanto rumore e niente serramenti adeguati.
