It was quite easy to find from the trainstation and the location was really good. The breakfast was enormous and we totally over indulged! This isnt a 4 star hotel. Our shower was covered in soap scum and the we could hear all the noise from the outside corridor. The rooms were plain and very uninviting, I guess we were just a little disappointed because we paid what we thought was allot and splashed out for a little luxury that this hotel promised but did not deliver. |

Reception was efficient, rooms were spotless, good supply of towels, beds were very comfortable, most rooms had balconies. Even though we were there in July, it was relatively quiet so never had a problem getting a sunbed. Nice sun terrace on the roof. Breakfast buffet was okay, I've had better in 4 star hotels There's no proper beach. It's a bit far out from Sorrento, courtesy bus is too infrequent and only went half way to town, should not have to pay for tea and coffee facilities in a four star hotel, this should be included as standard, as well as pool towels, you should not have to pay additionally for these facilities. Beware, the bar closes at 12 midnight. |

This hotel is very well run and the staff was most helpful especially Mariangela at the front desk.Don't pass up the dinner specials in the dining room which varied each night. |

De kamer was heerlijk schoon. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en doet erg zijn best. De kamer was erg gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf arriveerde er een bus japanners die alle kamers rondom ons kregen. Dat bracht veel onrust en herrie. Ze hadden ons, als ouder echtpaar, daar tussenuit moeten pikken en een andere kamer moeten geven. |
