Only location. Good view from terrace. Very cold. No hitting only condition. Poor breakfast. No elevator although the hotel is oh the 3 floor, so it's very hard to carry luggage. No repaired & some smell in the room. The balcony is locked. They propose free wi-fi, but it doesn't work.

Location and v ery good quality for price value. Well, have a lift could improve the quality of the hotel services but the old stone steps were really charming. At the end to walk upon them was a pleasure and I can well avoid modern lifts and bring my bags by hands from time to time. More important could be to improve breakfast which was really low cost and low quality with genuine food. I could pay let me say ten euro more for each person for a fresh tuscan breakfast that help me to jump a big lunch and to have more time to visit Florence (tuscan bread, ricciarelli, salame, prosciutto, finocchiona etc, etc.). I suppose that it could not be difficult to make an agreement with a near "panificio", "salumeria" or "pasticceria". Tuscan food is one of the best in the world and is cheap why to not offer it also in the hotel ?

I read about the Hotel Cardinal of Florence in Rick Steve's guide to Florence and Tuscany and chose it based on his description. My room was very clean and had a modern bathroom. It was very hot and humid during my visit so the air conditioning was vital. The hotel is located on a quiet street near a piazza with several affordable restaurants. In addition it is within 10 minutes to the Duomo and Santa Croce and within easy walking distance from other important sites. There is a view of the Duomo from the breakfast room, and the breakfast was always ample: cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, rolls, bread, and coffee. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Ida is a delight. She loves Florence, could answer all of my questions, speaks at least three languages fluently, and can function in several others. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel to my friends. The Hotel is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. If someone has trouble with stairs, this hotel might not be a good choice.

Če niste zahtevni in ne iščete preveč udobja, je ta hotel dobra izbira. Sobe in kopalnice so velike, čistoča je ok. Pri zajtrku sicer ni veliko izbire, vendar je povsem zadovoljiv (če seveda niste preveč izbirčni). Najboljša je lokacija, 3 min od Piazza del Duomo, kar je bilo meni najbolj pomembno. Lahko bi bilo več izbire pri zajtrku. Nimajo svojega parkirišča.

离火车站步行15分钟左右。在圣十字地区。工作人员非常好，还帮我们查火车班次，打印出来给我们。 不太好找，尽管我们之前还查了GOOGLE街景。问了好几位当地人才找到。酒店楼层太高，没有电梯，抬行李- 真是痛苦的经历。设施陈旧，空调太吵。电视节目没，只有电台。早餐没什么选择。像个招待所。房价又不便宜，- 总之物非所值。
