It was ultra-contemporary with all the technology present designed for comfort of the guests. The room--we had a suite--was spacious and soothing. The staff was super-attentive, too. My husband, son, and I spent three weeks in Italy. This was by far the best place we stayed. I feel I got real value through Booking.com, but then, you have never let me down. It was a bit far away from the action. (To say that it's close to Vatican City is a bit of a stretch.) However, it was also nice to be away from it all, and in a neighborhood with "real Romans." We went to a snack bar nearby, and it was amusing how we were treated since they didn't see many tourists. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat. |

The staff was very friendly and able to give excellent recommendations for places to eat in the area. Upgraded us for free as this trip was part of our honeymoon. Rooftop was not yet open to sit at night with a view of the Vatican. |

most of the staff were very friendly and helpful with one exception (male). I felt the breakfast was adequate but describing it as an American breakfast was misleading. |

That the hotel was so new and the room clean. The bathroom was excellent and of high standard. The breakfast was poor and the staff not serviceminded. The hotel did not accept Diners Club creditcards. |

Located at nice residential area in Rome. Very nice and modern facilities. Excellent restaurant closeby. Hotel is far from downtown. Connections to central Rome are tricky (closest Metro stration is at endless steps uphill - good for return though; otherwise face a 40-minutes walk to St Peter - downhill this way). Breakfast is poor. Receives large groups. |

ALL the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Every question I asked was answered accurately and completely and when I asked to move rooms to the balcony side they found a room and even did it for me while I was out. No room service menu. I chose this one for the stars and location and though it is relatively close to Vatican City, quite a way out from central Rome, though transport links were ok. |

The Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Soft Bed, large pillows. Very good in general. Breakfast was satisfactory. At the time we stayed the pool was not ready... The View off the city was not realy accecible from the roof garden since it was also closed. Poor reception area with no TV or a bar. No alternative areas to spend your time but to go to your room. |

Friendly staff, nice room, lots of free parking (in Rome!) Very far from the main sights, further than suggested. But the taxi fare wasn't too bad. |
