Servicen i reseptionen er ikke optimalt. Normalt er der kun en person, og hvis personer tjekker ind eller ud tager det utrolig lang tid, inden man selv kan blive betjent. Videre er restaurant og den såkaldete bar mere et cafeteria, hvor man kun opholder sig, i forbindelse med morgenmaden. Der kunne tjenes langt flere penge hvis, der hvar en bar med behagelige afslappende stole. Ja gøre mere ud af baren og ændre cafeteriastilen til noget mere hyggeligt. |

Hotellet har god beliggenhed og tilbyder muligheder ud over storbyen. Man kan vælge at slappe af ved poolen noget af dagen eller tage en dukkert efter en varm dag i Rom. Etabler egen transport service til/fra lufthavn en service der mod en konkurencedygtig betaling sagtens kan løberundt. |

It was very close to the main attraction in Rome and they had a paper describing the bus system around the hotel and how to get to the various different attractions. The staff was ok but not the "customer comes first" type. When I asked a question here and there throughout my stay they usually just said they didnt know or couldnt help me and continued with their work. The key to most successfull businesses are the employees and how they respond to the clientele needs. Even if they didnt know the simple answers, if they had shown more interest or even shown that they cared a little, it would have gone a long way to my feeling of comfort in the hotel. One example is when I asked them how I went about activating the internet in my room. The person at the desk just looked up and told me to read the pamphlet in my room, the instructions where there... |

All the staff memebers were really friendly and helpful, the room i stayed in was very well maintained and comfortable as well as clean and the overall hotel met my satisfaction, No i liked everything and would definatly come back again |

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and we are very pleased with the service and quality. Very clean. Close to the centre, still in a quiet area. Buses to the centre (916) take 10 min to reach downtown. People at reception are always available and give you information about virtually everything. If you need a shuttle to the airport, the hotel offers you the service for 65E (Fiumicino), but if you book a shuttle at the airport or any other company that offers shuttles, it will cost you 48E (they come in the nick of time with a brand new car). Otherwise, I will highly recommend the hotel and most probably stay there again. |

We thought that we had double bed but we didn't.it was a prison room without balkony , with a problem television and very expencive internet ,no satellite tv , and a poor breakfast . The bed awful. Maybe you sould check the hotels you suggest. |

rooms are clean, newly refurbished far from city center and restaurants; staff not so friendly, had a room were the carpet was damp and had to wait until the next day to be offered a new one. Breakfast is unimpressive, not worthy of a 4 star hotel |

It is quite far from the center of rome but with trasnsportation it is only a matter of 10 minutes. Taxi to rome is about 10 euros. Hotel was clean but far from center on foot. |

Receptionists spoke very good english and were very helpful. Sheets were changed every day and so were towles. Breakfast was ok. It must be one of the best hotels in Rome when it comes to parking a car. Hotel has its own parking area and it's a big one. I enjoyed staying there and higly recommend it. Bread on breakfast was not fresh. Not much daylight in our room (but it was not a superior room) |
