We booked it last minute and we received the superior room. The room was excellent with the terrace. Location of the hotel was also great to discover the beauty of Vatican. There is near the great fish restaurant! The breakfast was very, very poor!!! The restaurant was terrible, during dinner time it smells after chlorine, I guess they sanitized the kitchen. |

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the room after a day of walking around Rome. We especially enjoyed the hot baths for our tired muscles! The breakfasts were great and gave a good start to a long day. We had three evening meals at the hotel and did not feel they were 'value for money'. The portions were very small and the food was very ordinary. We felt it was overpriced and the dining room was cold, unlike the bedroom. The coffee in the machines for breakfast needed to be of a better quality. It tasted like cheap coffee. |

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. We were out all day and only slept there therefore we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel apart from late evening when we returned and had a drink in the dining area. The service in the evening was excellent. There was no lounge in which to relax and have a drink socially unless you smoked! Did not like walking through the smoking area to enter and exit the hotel. The breakfast service was very poor and the service seemed inefficient. |

2 bathrooms in room, clean, great front desk service, easy for finding with taxi service Did not get view as described on line, did not get 3 twin beds, 3rd was a cot, very hard and it hurt and requested 3x's to get refrigerator in room fixed, had mold growing in it. never replaced and I loss $25.00 in food. |

I paid 100e per night. the hotel is new, clean, and in a nice location. however the metro station wasn't close enough. Breakfast was good! If u pay up to 100 - 130e it worths the money. Seperate room for the bar hotel. |

It was very close to the main attraction in Rome and they had a paper describing the bus system around the hotel and how to get to the various different attractions. The staff was ok but not the "customer comes first" type. When I asked a question here and there throughout my stay they usually just said they didnt know or couldnt help me and continued with their work. The key to most successfull businesses are the employees and how they respond to the clientele needs. Even if they didnt know the simple answers, if they had shown more interest or even shown that they cared a little, it would have gone a long way to my feeling of comfort in the hotel. One example is when I asked them how I went about activating the internet in my room. The person at the desk just looked up and told me to read the pamphlet in my room, the instructions where there... |

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and we are very pleased with the service and quality. Very clean. Close to the centre, still in a quiet area. Buses to the centre (916) take 10 min to reach downtown. People at reception are always available and give you information about virtually everything. If you need a shuttle to the airport, the hotel offers you the service for 65E (Fiumicino), but if you book a shuttle at the airport or any other company that offers shuttles, it will cost you 48E (they come in the nick of time with a brand new car). Otherwise, I will highly recommend the hotel and most probably stay there again. |

We thought that we had double bed but we didn't.it was a prison room without balkony , with a problem television and very expencive internet ,no satellite tv , and a poor breakfast . The bed awful. Maybe you sould check the hotels you suggest. |

rooms are clean, newly refurbished far from city center and restaurants; staff not so friendly, had a room were the carpet was damp and had to wait until the next day to be offered a new one. Breakfast is unimpressive, not worthy of a 4 star hotel |

It is quite far from the center of rome but with trasnsportation it is only a matter of 10 minutes. Taxi to rome is about 10 euros. Hotel was clean but far from center on foot. |

Receptionists spoke very good english and were very helpful. Sheets were changed every day and so were towles. Breakfast was ok. It must be one of the best hotels in Rome when it comes to parking a car. Hotel has its own parking area and it's a big one. I enjoyed staying there and higly recommend it. Bread on breakfast was not fresh. Not much daylight in our room (but it was not a superior room) |
