Very CLEAN and comfortable good breakfast, Jacuzzi, pool, terraces and happy hour. Polite people in reception and breakfast room. A good hotel suggest this to couples, families and business. Walking down the lane at the end of the road I realized that lot's of buses take you directly to main visiting areas, instead of changing two or three buses. Found this out practically at the end of my stay. Before going anywhere ask reception to tell exact bus number on where you want to go. Water temperature in Jacuzzi too cold. |

Access to the rooftop terrace and the availaibilty of the hot tubs / pool It would've been good to be able to eat on site in the evening as there's not a lot in the immediate area for a nice sit down evening meal. |

The staff at the front desk were very helpful in communicating travel into Rome. The carpeting in the area where breakfast was served was just nasty and spoiled breakfast for us. It was on a scale like children had breakfast there for a week & threw everything on the floor and then no one ever bothered to shampoo the carpet correctly. |

A few miles near the center of the city. For whoever loves walking is perfect. In any other case public transportation or taxis can be used. Not wise to book a car and drive in Rome. The staff of the hotel were all very polite and willing to help. The area where the hotel is, was very quiet and relaxing. If ever in Rome, we would book the same hotel again propably. Breakfast |

The rooms were very clean, air conditioned. hotel was hard to find. On line had asked for smoking room preference, which there is none other than balcony rooms. Sat in the resturant for 20 mins before got even a menu, and told out of various things like a simple salad. The hotel offers roof resturant again there is none!!!! Very disappointed!!! |

The facility was brand new. The bathroom was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. It is way to far away from the main center. 15 minute walk to ubaldi metro and a 15 minute ride to termini station. You cannot walk anywhere but the vatican. The pool was freezing. The bar downstairs is pretty much a cafeteria style and the breakfast was just ok. Milk was warm. For 100 euro a night(weekend) you expect a lot more. |

The room and the bath were nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast-room is has no daylight, the fitted carpets there were dirty and the plates of cold cuts very poor. |

I loved the proximity to the Vatican. The decor and luxury of the rooms is wonderful. Distance from the city center. Difficulty finding it from the metro. |

Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. Well furnished, clean rooms with bedding changed daily Catering : Breakfasts, Good range well presented, let down by inefficient delivery of hot foods by lack of committment from staff. Location : OK for buses and metro. No facilities at that time of year. Weather did not help i.e. too cold to use hot tubs or swimming pool |

The hotel was very good, It is brand new and it was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzy on the rooftop is exelent. The walls were very thin and you could hear the next room neighbours but it could be because there was a direct door to the next room which could be very good if you are there with a children . |

The internet plus in room movie deal, parking lot completely free in premises No restaurant at hotel, only restaurant nearby you needed to take the car or get runover. The hotel is not in walking distance to any interesting or useful place. Somehow I mistakenly thought that it was close to the airport. Room quality was not up to the standards I hoped for paying more then 200 euros a night. The bathroom tiling was substandard, not comfortable for a family room. |

At the Crowne Plaza you can enjoy live music at the piano bar and relax in the luxury spa. Take the free shuttle bus direct to the historic centre. |
