rooms are clean, newly refurbished far from city center and restaurants; staff not so friendly, had a room were the carpet was damp and had to wait until the next day to be offered a new one. Breakfast is unimpressive, not worthy of a 4 star hotel |

It is quite far from the center of rome but with trasnsportation it is only a matter of 10 minutes. Taxi to rome is about 10 euros. Hotel was clean but far from center on foot. |

Lack of the noise usually associated with Rome No obvious routes - E.G. Reception to lift lobby, to breakfast room, and a very obscure route to the roof-top terrace. |

Receptionists spoke very good english and were very helpful. Sheets were changed every day and so were towles. Breakfast was ok. It must be one of the best hotels in Rome when it comes to parking a car. Hotel has its own parking area and it's a big one. I enjoyed staying there and higly recommend it. Bread on breakfast was not fresh. Not much daylight in our room (but it was not a superior room) |

the hotel is very nice. But a little far away from the city and not easy to find. It actually takes almost 25 minutes (even longer after a whole day trip) to walk to St. Peter |

The only reason I booked this hotel was to use the swimming pool. Sacrificed location (was there for work) purely to use the facilities. When I arrive was told the pool was closed for the rest of the season. This was not mentioned on there website.Additionally the hotel staff did not know the quickest way to the airport using the trains which I thought bizarre. |

Good location for the purpose of our trip, free car parking, easy connection to the center, fairly clean room Breakfast not so good, coffee really sucks, and this is n Italy! Ac in the room ws not working well at all no matter how many times I called the front desk. I don't think the hotel cares, because they cater to the tour bus groups anyway... |

Rooms very clean and nicely appointed. Pool and rooftop bar etc very nice. Breakfast looked nice but the only hot option was toast and scrambled egg, the toaster was painfully slow (rotating type) and it was impossible to actually get the bread to toast and the scrambled egg was inedible it was so salty, this was the same every day!. |

The pool is really nice, the roof top whirlpools are fantastic as is having drinks on the roof top looking at the Sistine Chapel. The food is not great. Morning breakfast is okay, do not eat lunch at the hotel. Be very careful when using the internet. They will charge you $25 EU for TV then another $10EU for internet daily. This is not a convenient location or anything but going to the Vatican. |
