Hotel Carla was a great place to stay. Valentina was very helpful and spent quite some time explaining the area to us. Our whole experience was very good and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is an excellent modern, calm and well equiped hotel that is very well located in Levanto. Shops, restaurants, cafés, walking trails, the beach and the railway station are easy to reach by foot from the hotel. The level of service is good and the staff very friendly.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We were a little cold the first night and used an extra blanket. The next day a thicker duve was provided without even us asking. The hotel is tastefully modern and was in a perfect location to visit cinque terre.

The design is impeccable from the front door to and through the bath. My room had no view but was pleasant nonetheless. The location was more remote than expected and the proximity to the train station was compromised by the steps that form a major barrier for luggage with wheels.

Ecxellent hotel, very goor location. Very good breakfast, staff very kind, helpful and proffessional. Comfortable rooms although not very large. But that was more dan 100% compensated by the terrace of the room. VConclusion: 100% value for money

The staff provided exceptional service, Great advice regarding day planning, tickets etc... The Hotel had beach chairs reserved for guests and the staff was also able to make reservations at restaurants that we could not get into directly.

Tremedously helpful staff, multilingual but willing to allow you to attempt your best pidgin Italian without instantly reverting ot English (something I highly value in Italy). Good location within in easy walk of everything Levanto has to offer. Decent ability to park close by too.

Nice small hotel with adequete rooms. Excellent breakfast service included with room. Location is not exactly as described. "View" of the ocean is actually very misleading -- we could barely see the ocean from our top floor balcony. Walk to beach was about 10 minutes, walk to train station also about 10 minutes. If you're planning to visit the Cinque Terre, stay in a different town, the hassle of the train connections is not worth it.

The location and service was excellent together with the breakfast. The only issue with the room was that it was too small. There was not enough space to even open the suitcases.

This was a great hotel. The people that run the place are great and made the experience even better. The hotel is run by a family. The room was nice and we had a balcony which was great. The buffet breakfast was great and if you wanted dinner at the restaurant, for 20 euros each you could have a 3 course meal which was really nice. There is a nice outdoor area so that you can have a drink and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and the people definitely made it better. It is only 20 minute walk from the train station. There are two ways to get there. A bit of an incline but the walk was pleasant. It is a little noisy when people are coming and going. We had a room by the lift so that was probably why.

Hotel Carla was absolutely beautiful and the hotel staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but they made excellent use of the space to provide you with a renovated room and bathroom. The view from the balcany (with small table and chairs) was priceless. And the location was just a short walk from the train station and the center of town. Due to the age of the building, the walls between rooms are very thin - we heard everything from sneezing and coughing to a couple having sex.

Excellent location to Cinque Terre (5 minutes by frequent local train), and parking. Extremely helpful staff. As with many hotels in Italy the Double bed was formed from 2 singles.

I wish all three star hotels were like Hotel Carla! The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel was as new. Very bling, very Italian and an overall wonderful hotel experience. Great staff, breakfast and close to the station and centre. If you have the chance to stay there, go for it.

The hotel is very close to the station to visit Cinque Terre and has parking!!! If you are planning to visit Cinque Terre with a car, don't get a hotel in the villages because it is tooo hard to find a place to park! At this hotel, they give you a pass with which u may park the car on the road...very easy to find a spot! And then, you can easliy go to visit the villages by train or boat...very good indeed...and the service was amazing!
