The hotel advertised bus tickets but on 3 days none were available. The room 408 needed a facelift.Windows didnt open.extractor fan did not work ,stains on the walls and ceilings. When we arrived we were sent to the room but it hadnt been cleaned. Unsure re breakfast.There seemed to be different standards for different nationalities.Yoghurt and cheese only appeared for the italians. Japanese guests were not allowed into one end of the breakfast room. |

Great room. Bus service right outside hotel. Very comfortable and ideal for purpose (we specifically wanted to be in that part of the town even though not central). Quiet location. Staff helpful. Bus service stops around 8 pm but alternative later service goes quite near hotel + taxis available. |

The staff was really nice and kind in helping us with whatever we needed. They were all friendly. Rooms looked a bit old-style, but they were... fair to the price we paid. A bit cold, there was no heat in October, when we went. |

The staff were not particularly friendly, while the 'lady' in the breakfast room was downright rude. The soundproofing in the rooms was non-existant - We could hear the television from the next room clearly. This was the worst hotal I have stayed at in many years. Although it was cheap it was not even value for money. |

Friendly welcome in evenings, but taxi req'd after 8.20pm each evening - but low cost and on bus route to Treviso Moring reception staff on Wed & Thursday rather unhelpful ... breakfast is basic but ok. |

The room is big and very confortable The internet wasn´t working and the location is terrible, too far from the center of Treviso. There´s a bus stop in front of the hotel, but the buses comes only in half/hour or more, and the service finishes too early, nearly 19h. The taxis are also very expensive, what makes the cost/benefit of the hotel not so atractive. |

The breakfast and the breakfast room were very nice. There was a lot of noise during the night, as a coach full of Chinese (I think) tourists were staying on the floor above. I contacted Reception, who asked the tourists to be quiet. The became quieter, but continued intermittently to be noisy throughout the night. |

The hotel is situated in a bit away from the central Treviso, but a bus comes every 30 minutes regularly and approximately 20 minutes to get the centre. The hotel is old but clean . The area is very quite. Cold breakfast ( cereal,cheese,salami, bread roll, crosson, yogurt,orange juice, hot tea ,coffee etc) is offered. Staff are very kind and willing to help. The wall between the rooms may have been thin,as we could hear the conversation from the next room. The room has a TV ( only spoken in Itlian but no access to the BBC) and has no fridge. |
