The staff was very friendly and helpful, and tried hard to fulfill every request we had. Our room was an east-facing Junior Suite. It was huge, clean, and well-maintained. Brightly and pleasantly sunlit in the morning. All the fixtures were of top quality and in perfect working order. Probably the nicest suite I've stayed at in this price range. Hotel is ski-in-ski-out, but only through one boring flat run that you really have to plan your day around to reach. Spa area is large and luxurious, best I've ever seen. Very modern and well-equipped. Don't miss it. Breakfast buffet was good. They'll fry you an omelet if you ask. There is ski rental in the hotel, but we advise against it: it's needlessly expensive. Go across the street to the Campo Carlo Magno ski school and rent there instead.
The hotel is in Campo Carlo Magno, a ways outside of Madonna Di Campiglio. The hotel shuttle and the local ski bus only run once an hour and only until 2000. Most restaurants open around 1900 so it's impossible to eat out in Madonna unless you bring your own car (parking is 10eu a day.) The shuttle is very small considering the hotel size and we found we could not rely on it. If it ran more often and later that would take away our one main issue with this hotel and its location. Dinner buffet was all right, and desserts were good, but we have had better - the food quality may have suffered from the buffet style. We didn't try the a la carte restaurant. Dinner ambiance was terrible with children running around and screaming.
Good location, direct connection to the slopes, clean rooms, very friendly and nice staff
