it was in a lovely position, it was spacious, quiet, had a great pool.the rooms were large with lovely sea view. the people on the reception and at the pool restaurant were really good. it would have been lovely if there was a beach nearby. |

nice walk on the boulevard to the old city we thought that charging e10 for the use of coffee/tea facilities is strange, not that you'd use it. Too warm! |

The hotel was very well positioned justy a 10 min walk into the centre of Alghero. The facilities were excellent especially the pool area. We had a garden viewing room - this was also excellent, very comfortable and quiet at night. The overall experience was great, ideal for a short quality break. |

Beautiful location, with amazing views from a stunning room. Everything was immaculate and the staff were helpful and attentive. They were happy to spend time providing tourist information and booking taxis etc. The room rate was already very high, so I would have expected things like tea/coffee making facilities to be included, not charged for. Other costs - bar, food etc were also very high so we ate elsewhere. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink/food by the pool without worrying about the exorbitant prices. |

The staff were excellent friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. The pool was not filled until the day we were leaving. |

This hotel has an excellent position and is on the best side of Alghero. It is within easy walking distance of the old town where there are good eating and drinking places. The seaview room was excellent although a little pricey. The room was spacious and very well appointed and could not be faulted. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Excellent for a short break. In April it was a little quiet and there was no hot breakfast for "early risers" - circa 7.00am. However the selection for the cold buffet was good. |

The rooms, atmosphere, and amazing views made for a perfect location for a romantic getaway. Its a pity that there is no sandy beach close to the hotel |

Very comfortable, super view from balcony/bedrooom,Because it was late in season hotel very quiet which suited us but no lunch facility. Mother and daughter travellers I think a tea tray should be available in a 4/5 star hotel without paying extra. |

Very quiet due to time of year. Very helpful staff. I'm not sure if it's a 5 star. However it's a very good 4 star. The cooked breakfast was not too clever. Could have been hotter. |

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very freindly. We were told by the reception staff that we would not be able to use the swimming pool as the season finished mid October 2008. I insisted on using the pool and the receptionist relented. However this was using the pool at our own risk as there was no lifeguard. The pool was not cleaned during our stay and therefore had some foliage and 4 dead black tarantula looking spiders on the base. |
