Staff were most helpful, good value for money, central location in Treviso in the old town section and close to rail and bus networks. |

Easy to find, just across the road from the train station. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Expensive for the room, bed not comfortable and only one pillow (I know sounds silly). |

We flew into Treviso on a 4 day trip and wanted somewhere in the city centre. Its about 5 minutes walk from the main station which was ideal. We arrived at about 10.00 for breakfast and there was very little choice left at that time. The hotel is a little dated and was not as good as some newer hotels we stayed in on the trip, however that is the trade off for the central location, the other hotels we stayed in were in the suburbs of the cities. |

We stayed one night, the staff spoke good english, were very welcoming and greeted us by name, even before we said who we were! Really close to bus station and train direct to Venice in 35 mins! Quiet, double glazed, jacussi bath. Tasty brekkie, lots of choice (more than I've ever had from a hotel in Italy, and I stay there a lot). The view wasn't beautiful, but it wasn't horrible either. |

We used Treviso as a base for a visit to Venice. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station and the no. 6 bus stop from the airport. I would stay at the Carlton again. The hotel was very central, Treviso is a small provincial town with lovely shops and nice restaurants and bars. A relaxing retreat from the crowds in Venice. |

The hotel was very well positioned for the railway station, friendly helpful staff and Treviso was good base for exploring the area. There was a reasonablae choice for breakfast. Whilst the town has a limited number of restaurants they were good. Our room was on the front of the hotel and there was quite a lot of noise from the street in the morning. |

I was very impressed with the helpful friendly staff throughout from main reception to maintenance staff and waiting staff also. Teresa at reception and really all the staff at the reception were v helpful. We found our room was comfortable and clean and very self contained. Sure the hotel is old and may be considered dated by some but we had no fault to find. Hotel very centrally located for exploring the Veneto region as train station a mere 2 mins walk away and train services are excellent. Nothing really..very pleased with the stay overall... it is a city hotel so people should bear this in mind if noise is an issue and should request a quiet room when booking...however this was not a problem for me but added to my holiday experience of staying in an authentic Italian city.. |

Easy access from airport and proximity to the train station a hugh advantage. All parts of Treviso are reachable easily by foot. There was not enough thought given to evening dining at the hotel. We found it difficult to find good restaurants and would have used the hotel if encouraged. |

Perfect location, close to train station and close to center of city with shopping and reastauants. Polite and corteous staff. Extra charges for certain breakfast items, normally included in a full buffet at most hotels of this price category. |

besides it close close proximity to to the stations and the town centre, not much else. ooh, English speaking waitress was very polite and helpful through out our stay. lack of clarity on services provided. we booked breakfast aswell but frys and fresh juices not included. 'Forbidden' from ironing in your rooms but not very clear that they charge to iron, especially as it is written in italian. Internet access prices extortionate, didn't bother going online at those prices! |

The hotel was well located, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The bunk bed in our room made it ideal for a family of 4 allowing lots of space to move around. Highly recommend it. |

Nice and helpful personel and very good location, close to the bus station and train station. From the train station it takes about 30 minutes to Venice. Many things to choose from on the breakfast menu. There are good restaurangs nearby. |
