1. Convenient, Clean, and the Cost. Breakfast. 1. Front desk staff ineffective. Indifferent. Not welcoming. Understaffed as there was only 1 person there most of the time to handle guests requests and inquiries. 2. Air conditioning ineffective . Requested to make it cooler or to provide a fan; was told 'this is not possible' until I phoned front desk that I need to contact the central booking office. Newspapers: We were told that if we want an english newspaper we should go out an purchase one - very rude. Considering there were a lot of english speaking tourists at the hotel. All hotels supply a variety of newspapers as a courtesy to the guests.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is located behind the lane and it took me almost an hour to look for it. There is no signage around to show the hotel and it is certainly very difficult for tourist who are new to that area to look for it.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was even better this time.Our room was spacious,bathroom was modern with a large shower and buffet breakfast good. The location is very good, just minutes away from the Grand Canal and lots of restaurants

Confortável, limpo, perto da estação de trem. Bom café da manhã. Apesar de ser início de abril já estava fazendo calor e o ar condicionado ainda não estava disponível. Com o calor tivemos que abrir a janela e começamos a ter a visita de alguns pernilongos. Alguns quartos, como o nosso, tem o seu acesso por alguns lances de escada, o que não é conveniente se o hóspede tem certa idade.

駅にもローマ広場にも近く、Veneziaの出入りもVenazia内でのvaporettiでの移動にも- 便利でした。駅から大運河を橋で渡って小道を入った中にあるので夜はとても静かです。ただ、聖マルコ広場ま- で出るのにほぼ必ずvaporettiに乗らねばならないので、２，３日の滞在では苦になりませんでしたが- 、一週間ほど居る場合はもっとマルコ広場周辺でもいいかもしれません。部屋は清潔でバスタブもあり、非常に- 快適でした。朝食はシンプルですが値段を考えると十分だったと思います。この立地で2人2部屋400ユーロ- は非常に満足でした。 部屋でお湯を沸かせません。鍵は必ずフロントに預けて出ねばならず、フロントが不在だと待つこともありまし- た。最初に行く時は道が細くて不安になるかもしれません。周辺での食事の選択がマルコ広場周辺に比べれば落- ちます。

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, frente a la estacion de trenes y muy cerca de la estacion de autobuses Piazzale Roma que es donde llega el aerobus desde el aeropuerto de Marco Polo. El personal es muy atento y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar a los huespedes. El desayuno muy completo, el hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son amplias, se puede tomar el vaporetto muy cerca y caminando se llega bien a San Marcos dando un agradable paseo desde el hotel. Todo estupendo!.

Buona posizione dell'hotel, comodo per chi usa il treno come mezzo di trasporto, comodo per la sua vicinanza al centro di Venezia Il condizionatore della camera credo era fuori uso, nonostante era spento il termostato la temperatura della camera era sempre sui 25 gradi, troppo caldo...

Nous étions logés au carlton grand canal qui fait certainement partie du même groupe. Nous avons aimé l' accueil du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner très copieux pour démarrer la journée et surtout les facilités d'accès pour se rendre dans le centre ville et les environs de venise.

La posizione alla stazione ferroviaria e ai battelli. Pulizia nelle camere. Hanno rispettato le condizioni che avevo richiesto. La colazione scarsa e non buona. La lontananza dal centro. Rapporto qualità prezzo carente.

Ante todo, la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Está bien situado, sobre todo si se llega en tren. La limpieza del baño, impecable. La habitación muy pequeña, aunque suficiente y, a mi juicio, el mobiliario es bastante anticuado e incluso un poco cursi. Es desayuno bastante normal-flojo. Es un poco molesto que no tenga tostadora de pan

Per lavori di manutenzione l'hotel, allo stesso prezzo, ci ha spostato al Carlton on the Gran Canal 4 stelle. Posizione ottima, personale cortese ed efficiente, buona la colazione. Carenza di prodotti da bagno.

房間乾淨，設備齊全有四星級水平，用餐地方雖不大，早餐很豐盛，值得推薦。 地點不好找，在小巷弄裡面；從車站出來到旅館的路程很辛苦，要拖行李跨越水上大橋，階梯很長，行李多的人要- 有心理準備。
