Its right on the canal opposite the railway station, so if arriving by rail its in a great location. Rooms were of a good size and bathrooms were too. The breakfast was fantastic. |

Great location on Grand Canal near station. Some of the reception staff could have been more friendly. |

It is directly across the Grand Canal from the main train station and is located on the canal. Has a reasonable breakfast provided. It is a bit away from the primary tourist areas, but that is easily remedied with a pass on the water buses. The plus associated with this is a somewhat lower rate. |

The location is quite good as it forces you to get around in the city and cross some lesser frequented areas which are very charming. The location right at the Grand Canal is blessing (views) and curse (noise) at the same time. The rooms are tiny and the facilities are below expectations. The windows urgently need to be brought up to modern standards: the noise of the Grand Canal Vaporettos and boats comes unfiltered into your room and makes the window panels rattle and tremble during the whole night and day (no double windows, no fixation of panels in frames). The bed is extremely hard and the pillows are by far the worst we have ever experienced in any hotel in the world. The breakfast buffet is without any nice touches and at the lower end of the international boring standards. This all stands in no relation to the price and expectations. |

Only the good location. I hate the room and only live within as short as possible for taking a baht and sleeping. I'm sorry for selecting this hotel. Very expensive for one night compared to the quality of room and it is completely different from the picture shown for advertisement. |

Great location, opposite Venice Santa Lucia train station. We had a ground floor room that opened onto a courtyard and it was nice to be able to sit there in the afternoons after pounding the streets all day. |

Excellent hotel really good location for exploring the city and accessing the main transport systems out of the city ie vaporettos, railway station and coach station, all staff very helpful, reception staff able to speak main european languages and keen to offer advice on travel, eating etc in the city. We have stayed twice before and have nothing but praise for the hotel its location and its staff. |

The location. The Air Conditioned in the room did not worked properly and only was able to cool the room during the day, not at night. Did not have a way to bring the lugage from the car parking to the hotel, I had to carry it for 1km. |

It has a central location for a reasonable price, has restaurant bar and good beakfast! We recerved for a long time a go, but still got a room at 1st floor. Could have been better higher up. |

Great location - close to Train Station, Bus Station, Cruise Ships. It is on the canal and has direct access to the streets of Venice. Front desk staff were very helpful when our bags did not arrive at the airport. Breakfast buffet was typical European and of good quality. |

Luxury & quality hotel. Good service level. Well situated for the station and car terminal. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The only thing which surprised me was the fact that the shower unit in the bath was handheld and there was not a clip on the wall above to hold the shower head. |
