You could hardly find a more helpful/enthusiastic owner-ess Had everything you would need and although the hotel itself Is somewhat dated under the skin it has been (my room anyhow) Modernised quite well. Breakfast inventive and plentiful (see below)

Room did not have air con. But a fan instead, which was fine for September but might be warm mid July - not sure about other Rooms. Breakfast plentiful but hard to eat €10 worth without a large appetite.

The hotel is situated very close to the city center, very clean and the staff is very generally very nice.

Great location and fantastic owners. This was our second time here which tells a lot about our opinion of this friendly, beautiful hotel. You just fall in love with that atmosphere of truly Italian family spirit

Great hotel staff, clean rooms, all great...

The hotel was easy to find and in a very good location, across from the sea yet a short walk to centre of Grado. The proprietors were very helpful, dinner recommendation did not dissapoint. Overall a nice hotel if a little dated.

We thought it was a little overpriced for this type of establishment; particularly in off season.

Staff estremamente cortese. Si viene trattati come se si fosse in famiglia. L'albergo, a conduzione familiare, è ben posizionato per il centro (si può andare tranquillamente a piedi).

eigentlich gibt´s nichts zu beanstanden

Es war rundum ein schöner,genussreicher Aufenthalt,alle Familienmitglieder sehr sehr freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht.

Molto simpatici e accoglienti moglie e marito che gesticono l'hotel. Camera comoda pulita e funzionale, anche se l'arredamento risente un po' degli anni. Posizione buona, a 5minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e 10-15 dal centro storico, che si può raggiungere da una via pedonale. C'è il parcheggio privato ma non sufficiente per tutti, nella strada di fronte ci sono molti parcheggi gratis, ma si riempono facilmente. La colazione a buffet (a 10euro) è varia e abbondante (cereali, yogurth, dolci vari, affettati, ecc.).

Per le famiglie potrebbe essere un handicap la mancanza della pensione completa. Manca l'ascensore, ma la signora, troppo gentile, m'ha portato la valigia!

L'atmosfera veramente familiare, in cui ci si sente subito a proprio agio, con attenzione alle proprie esigenze e utili consigli. Ottima e varia la colazione.
