Close to where our friends live. Very helpful staff.

Very hard to get to Porta Tresa with local bus service. Must have a car to get around.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is very nice, cooperating and friendly. The price is more than reasonable for the hotel's standard. Locationn is nice although not on the lake, but I guess it has its advantage during summer time as there are less insects offshore. Brusimpiano's location is in general very good as it is very close to Switzerland and Ponte Tresa, still far enough from the hussle of Ponte Tresa. Anyway you must have a car there in order to enjoy your time.

Breakfast is really basic, bread is not fresh. In my room the door frame was sloppy and caused some difficulties to close the door quietly.

Comfort, big room for family of four, good service of hotel staff - very accomodating

De ontvangst door de receptioniste was uitermate vriendelijk. De kamer ontzettend netjes,schoon en goed. Enorm pluspunt, de goede en gratis wifi. Goed ontbijt en een goede gelegenheid om te kunnen eten 'savonds. Zeker een hotel om weer terug te gaan.

Ottimo hotel per visitare il lago di Lugano, che si vede dalle finestre. Camere molto belle e confortevoli, grande bagno, letto comodo. Buoni anche gli spazi comuni, c'era anche una palestra e una piscina che, però, non abbiamo usato. Io sono andata per visitare il museo dei fossili, perchè la zona del Lago di Lugano è il più importante sito fossilifero italiano e la città di Castiglione Olona, che è un paese gioiello, con moltissime opere d'arte. Verdissimi e davvero sorprendenti dal punto di vista naturalistico la zona di Lugano e di Varese.

é elegante fuori e negli spazi comuni

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perchè sulla descrizione c'era scritto che era presente il wi-fi in camera, arrivati lì ci comunicano che il wi-fi è solo presente negli spazi comuni. Il televisore in camera prendeva solo 2 canali di sky (no rai, no mediaset). Il quarto letto in camera era una poltrona letto indecente dove era quasi impossibile dormire. Stanza di 25mq illuminata con una sola lampada a muro e colazione davvero povera di tutto!

Camerele sunt mici, dar curate. Serviciul de tv sky pay per view nu era disponibil, reteaua wifi slaba in camere.

La posizione sopraelevata e la tranquillità del luogo,molto probabilmente dipeso dal periodo.

Tutto molto bene.qualche appunto sul sistema di riscaldamento e sulla porta della stanza,ho notato la mancanza di un dispenser per la pulizia mani.

Jolie vue, chambre simple mais confortable, parking.

Trop chaud dans la chambre, problème de chasse d'eau le premier soir (réglé dès les lendemain) et malheureusement, impossible de payer par carte le jour du départ pour cause de problème ponctuel avec le tpe (pas gênant si il y a des distributeurs d'argent dans le coin, malheureusement le premier distributeur se trouve à 4km de l'hôtel). On aurait apprécié être prévenu oralement la veille afin de prendre nos dispositions et ne pas perdre de temps le lendemain.
