The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is very nice, cooperating and friendly. The price is more than reasonable for the hotel's standard. Locationn is nice although not on the lake, but I guess it has its advantage during summer time as there are less insects offshore. Brusimpiano's location is in general very good as it is very close to Switzerland and Ponte Tresa, still far enough from the hussle of Ponte Tresa. Anyway you must have a car there in order to enjoy your time. Breakfast is really basic, bread is not fresh. In my room the door frame was sloppy and caused some difficulties to close the door quietly.

The closeness to the lake, views are amazing if you get the room with the lake view. Restaurant food was very good (at least some of it). Same concerns wine. The staff was very friendly. Because the hotel is far from the main street it is very quiet there. It has a big parking lot, which is for free. Speed of the restaurant service leaves much to be desired. If you by some reason are targeting to have a quick lunch- just forget it. One note to the location: the lake is not very close.

Dies ist ein nettes kleines Hotel mit Blick auf den nahen Luganer See. Alles sehr sauber (neu renoviert), Zimmer und Bad geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir waren das 2. Mal da (auf der Durchreise mit kleinem Umweg).

Ottima struttura, situato a 15 minuti da Lugano.Pulizia e cordialità dello staff fanno di questo hotel un buon punto di appoggio per visitare il Lago di Lugano. Servizio di ristorazione abbastanza carente.

Petit hôtel sympa avec Spa et piscine extérieure. Grandes chambres avec une très grande salle-de-bain. Très propre. Personnel très courtois. Prix très intéressant et emplacement très proche de la Suisse. Restaurant dans l'hôtel.

Ero già stato in questo hotel nell'aprile scorso e sempre per lo stesso tipo di soggiorno di una sola notte. Mi ero trovato molto bene e dovendo ritornare l'ho scelto di nuovo. Mi sono ripromesso di tornraci nella bella stagione per trascorrerci qualche giorno di modo che possa godere delle sue infrastrutture: piscina e spa.

Wir waren schon das zweite mal im Hotel Caroline und werden sicher wieder kommen. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer schönen Lage . Die Zimmer sind sehr gross .

La zona e la bellezza del paesaggio, con vista dalla finestra della camera. Parcheggio privato. Ben segnalato dalla strada. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Piuttosto isolato per chi non ha l'auto Mancanza di una sedia in camera, utile per utilizzare la scrivania.

O Hotel é muito bonito e limpo. Os empregados são extremamente simpáticos e estão sempre disponíveis. A internet sem fios funciona muito bem e é gratuita. O hotel é excelente, mas as camas individuais são pouco estáveis e não tão confortáveis como a cama de casal.
