Within easy walking distance of centre of Florence, staff very friendly and helpful, room and all facilities kept very clean. Basic services and facilities for a 4* hotel but excellent value for money for 4* in Florence, would stay there again. |

the hotel is fairly well situated for sight seeing Florence and reasonably quiet if you are in a room to the rear vof the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpfull. I woiuld have liked to have had coffee making facillity in the room. |

The hotel was absolutely fine -starting with warm welcome and offer to change from the single (rather small one) to double for single use just for 20 Euros; double was comfortable, a lot of space, very quite and nice. Breakfast was good, nice servce. Next morning they already remember I like double expresso that was served without even asking. I spent few days here, alone, but felt as home. |

The hotel is in a nice location, near to the core of Florence and to the tourist main attractions. The breakfast was below average to a four star hotel and the wi-fi internet connection was low and unstable, but still useful. Considering it's a four star hotel, I expected more from it. |

The hotel staff was very nice. They were friendly and very polite. The location is also great. The WiFi internet connection was disappointing. In my room the signal was very weak and the service was down several times a day. |

polite and helpful staff; comfortable and clean rooms; large bathrooms; good breakfast every morning with a variety of items: croissants, fruits, yogurt, cereal, rolls and antipasto meats. Great way to begin your day. |

goede ligging in rustige straat. kleine kamer, airconditioning werkte niet, beperkt onbijt. Geen comfort dat je van een 4 sterren hotel zou mogen verwachten, eerder 2 sterren categorie |

Lo mejor el precio, la ubicación y el personal. Además, las habitaciones son amplias y con aire acondicionado (aunque central). El hotel es algo antiguo y eso se nota especialmente en las ventanas. Al menos las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas y como las maderas no cierran bien el sol se encarga de despertarte a las 7 y media. |

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging nabij het historische stadscentrum van Firenze. Ideaal voor wie het stadcentrum wil bezoeken. Goed bereikbaar per auto. Voor 26 euro per dag konden we de auto laten parkeren. Het hotel heeft alle basiscomfort. Je kan er slapen (soms storend, maar kort durend straatlawaai in kamers aan de straatkant), een douche nemen (badkamers zijn proper, hygiënisch), ontbijten, etc. maar ik vroeg me tijdens m'n verblijf wel af hoe het aan 4 sterren komt. Ik heb al in veel andere (vier)sterrenhotels verbleven, waar inrichting en service, een toch hogere standaard genieten. Prijs/Kwaliteit: ok, maar ik zou er toch niet veel meer voor betalen... Wij hadden problemen met de elektrische stopcontacten op de kamer: "fijnere" stekkers (gsm / laptop- adapters) pasten er zo in, maar de stekker van onze haardroger met iets dikkere "pinnen" konden we niet in het stopcontact steken. |

Als Ausgangslage für eine Florenzbesichtigung oder Einkaufstour bestens geeignet. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe, jedoch wird der PKW um 26 € abgeholt und in einer Garage geparkt.Gutes Frühstück, nette Zimmer. |

o Hotel está bem localizado, e apesar de próximo da estação de comboios, localiza-se numa zona residencial atractiva e pouco barulhenta. O hotel foi sujeito a remodelação, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis e a casa de banho é funcional. Boa opção preço/qualidade |
