The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for taking the ski tour if the Dolomites, and the hot tub, pool, and sauna were a perfect antidote after a long day go skiing.

Location was beautiful with mountain views from our window. Four poster bed was comfy. Modern bathroom but small. Sauna/steam room great at the end of a rainy day on the motorbike. No restaurant but one walking distance nearby was convenient and friendly.

Spa not warm and pool only small. No coffee/tea making.

The hotel was very clean and spacious, the welcome by the owners was excellent and continued throughout our stay. The 'wellbeing' and relaxation area was wonderful especially after a days walking in the mountains. Cannot be faulted.

We loved everything about Hotel Carpe Diem!

Fantastic wide selection of local produce for breakfast - fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses, excellent bread, wonderful eggs cooked to order and delicious pastries - it was a good thing we were walking to work off all those extra calories! Comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Very helpful owners who offered advice on the local area and restaurants. Located right next to the bus stop making use of local transport easy.

From the friendly welcome to the all too soon farewell the Carpe Diem was simply fabulous. The location is stunning and we will be going back.

Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang vom Chef und der Chefin persönlich waren sehr ansprechend. Es gab einen tollen Wellness Bereich und alles war sehr sauber und roch neu und frisch. Auch denke ich wurde bei der Einrichtung sehr viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und zwar in allen Räumlichkeiten des Hotels. Würde jederzeit wieder dort einchecken!

Das einzige was mich störte war die eingeschränkte Öffnungszeit des Wellnesbereiches. Bademäntel und Sandalen sollten bei diesem Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein.

Приветливый дружелюбный персонал, хороший СПА, быстрый интернет в номере, комната для лыж, все достаточно хорошо. Рядом остановка автобуса до Больцано.

Далеко от подъемников, без машины не очень комфортно.

To co zapamietałam po przyjeżdzie do hotelu to ...zapach ciasta :) jak w domu , rodzinna atmosfera, mili właściciele . Przytulny wystrój wnętrz ,pokoi , cudowna panorama za oknem . Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku . Na pewno tam wrócę za rok :)

Домашняя обстановка в сочетании с современными технологиями. Прекрасный СПА, где всегда были в свободном доступе соки и чай из самовара.

Очень маленький номер и бедноватый завтрак для 4-х звезд.

Ottima cordalità e gentilezza dei coniugi-gestori dell'albergo. Abbondante colazione intercontinentale, qualita/prezzo ottima, canali satellitari sky e wireless gratuiti. Il tutto, immerso in una fantastica vallata innevata. Sezione welness di tutto rispetto con sauna, bagno turco, piscina con vasca idromassaggio separata. E chi piu' ne ha piu' ne metta. Consigliato

Super ontvangst, er werd geen moeite gespaard om aan onze wensen te voldoen. Zeer behulpzaam met advies en tips. Spa is mooi, ontbijt is verzorgd en kamers zijn comfortabel en mooi. De locatie en de omgeving van het hotel zijn ook ideaal. In één woord : fantastisch!

Понравилось все. Замечательный семейный отель. Замена полотенец каждый день, уборка естественно тоже. Отношение персонала отличное. Хозяева отеля оказывали помощь по всем вопросам.
