Efficiency apt was very nice with a/C. Central location to see a lot of Tuscany. Owners were very nice but English is limited but still possible to get our points across. Pool was a nice addition that I did not know about. Finding evening dinning locations was a bit of a hassle since this predominantly rural with very small villages around. 7 Euro for a breakfast was a bit steep but very nice selection.

Все настолько хорошо,что я просто рекомендую желающим пожить на природе в Таскане это место.Дороги вполне нормальные,хозяева и персонал очень приятные люди.Настоящая сельская Италия! Претензий просто нет.

Superbe établissement avec jolie piscine et beaux abords. La chambre double supérieure est spacieuse, bien décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire et même davantage (jacuzzi...). Le propriétaire est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et propose des produits faits-maison. Une excellente adresse!

Ottima struttura ben arredata.Proprietari e personale molto cordiale e disponibile.Stupenda la piscina e il tipico paesaggio toscano che circonda l'agriturismo.Colazione deliziosa ed abbondante con prodotti fatti in casa.Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un po'di relax lontano dal caos cittadino.

Liegt sehr ruhig inmitten von Weinbergen und Obstplantagen. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist man hier richtig. Sehr gutes Frühstück von der immer auf alle Wünsche eingehenden Marcella frisch zubereitet. Grosse Auswahl. Sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer der sehr sauberen und gepflegten Anlage. Würden jederzeit nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Unbedingt Appartement buchen !!! Die Anlage eignet sich nur wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.

Endroit charmant en plein milieu des vignes et des champs. Jolie piscine avec suffisamment de chaises longues et parasols. Appartement très bien, bonne literie, propre et fraichement repeint, suffisamment spacieux pour un couple ou pour 3 personnes (Cortona). Wifi gratuit. Très bien situé pour visiter le Val d'Orchia et Val di Chiana (Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Crete Senesi, Montalcino, Asciano...), régions magnifiques. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous le recommandons vivement. Cuisine un peu sombre, pas de four. Wifi uniquement à la réception.

la situation geographique tres centrale pour visiter la toscane ;la maison louee parfaite ,et la gentillesse de tout le monde :Adriano ,Constanza, et Marcella :nos garcons avaient eu une chambre a cote :petit dejeujner copieux et tres bon avec la divine confiture de poivrons de Marcella !! l'endroit est tres calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer et avoir envie de revenir!! tout etait parfait sauf les moustiques et divers betes piquantes qui sortent le soir quand vous etes sur la terrasse !!

Красивая вилла и комфортные апартаменты ,ухоженная территория.Приветливый и внимательный персонал.Отличный вариант для путешествующих на машине.Вкуснейший ресторан в 5 минутах езды (посетили по совету хозяйки ).Идиллия сельской местности.Для уставших от городской суеты и шума,прекрасный вариант.

La struttura è molto bella e caratteristica, ma quello che mi ha colpito di più è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza, tutti si sono prodigati per darci il massimo dell'assistenza possibile. Colazione ottima con prodotti del luogo. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto l'aria condizionata nella mia stanza era molto rumorosa ed era appena sufficiente per le temperature altissime dei giorni in cui sono stato ospite (fino a 40°). Comunque le serate sono fresche per cui non è stato assolutamente un problema.

Accueil charmant, les proprietaires etaient adorables, superbe cadre, calme absolu, très belle vue sur montepulciano, piscine et abords très bien entretenus, nous vous recommandons cette adresse Apparemment le ménage n est pas prévu dans l appartement mais nous l avons demandé après quelques jours et cela a été fait sans problème et sans supplément

Heel hartelijk hotel gerund door de familie. Af en toe organiseert de familie een diner. Dit is absoluut een aanrader. 25 euro all in voor heerlijke Toscaanse keuken.
