It was like stepping into a picture postcard. Francesca and her brother have created a wild haven of beauty, peace and delicious breakfast. We would have stayed forever, if we could have!!!! Great location, next to a fantastic beach. Easy to get to from the Port - number 5 bus, to the last stop. Heavenly!

This little hotel functions perfectly like a retreat from everyday life. It's beautiful, quiet, drawn away from the hectic tourism, and still close to a wonderful beach and easily reached by public transport. But no disturbing cars or noices.

    nothing - we liked everything

There are many positive things to mention: the owners of Casa Antonio were very nice, attentive, and helpful. There is indeed a hilly path to get to the hotel, but one gets used to it easuly, and once one realises how great the views from the rooms are, it is definitely worth it. The breakfast was also great and delicious, and the service made one feel at home. Moreover, the rooms were spacious, airy, bright, and very very clean. The hotel is generally very peaceful and excellent for a relaxing holiday, while it is close to Maronti beach and close enough to Sant'Angelo, a nearby village with many shops. Overall, my friend and I had a most pleasant stay, and I would certainly recommend Casa Antonio.

    Have nothing negative to say.

Everything. The hosts, the view, proximity to beach and restaurants, breakfast, value for money. Rent a scooter if you want to see the rest of the island.

We loved the beautiful view of the water and countryside.Enrico really has a green thumb his flowers were amazing. Francesca was a great hostess and we loved her lemoncello some of the best we have ever had.The rooms were clean and very well kept.We also would highly recommend Cafe Ida on the beach. Great food and an awesome staff.

It was a bit of a climb to the hotel but worth it for the view. Enrico met us at the bottom to bring our bags up which was a big help

This family run B&B hotel is a real gem in one of the most picturesque and calm areas in Ischia - Barano-Maronti. The hotel owners - Francesca and Enrico are absolutely wonderful hosts always considerate, kind, nice and helpful. The room was extremely neat and cosy and had a private balcony with a breath-taking view over St Angelo Bay. Breakfast was rich with home eggs and yoghurt. A nice company of friendly cats. The Olimpus Thermal Park, bus stop and beach with lots of restaurants and cafes are just several minutes downhill. A mineral spring (Olmitello) and the antique thermae (Cavascura) are also within walking distance. Just a little paradise, nothing more nothing less. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for Mediterranean bliss, calmness and serenity.

No drawbacks. Just be prepared to take a bus if you want to get to the hotel from the port or move anywhere around the island which is surprisingly big. A taxi ride is quite expensive.

Хозяйка - полиглот и говорит, кажется, на всех европейских языках. С точки зрения пляжа, отель расположен, пожалуй, в лучшем месте на острове. Однако, необходимо ходить в гору. Поэтому с детьми может быть не очень удобно.

Owners were great, very nice, helpful people. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The seaview from our balcony was the best we have ever had:-)

Cats and wasps were disturbing us by breakfast:-)

Casa Antonio is a small castle on the hill which we enjoyed ;-) Everything was just great: the rooms are very clean ( cleaned on a daily basis), the view from the room is amazing, the breakfast is good, the beach is the best even it is far from Ischia Porto and other noise, wi-fi is ok...So if you want to spend a relaxing vacation on Ischia, this is just the place. Francesca and Enrico helped us a lot with everything we needed - they are a great host ;) thank you very much and hope we would be able to visit Ischia again and stay at your wonderful pension. I would definetly recomend it to my friends ;) thanks and greetings from Moldova!

The only miiiinor thing was the hill we were supposed to climb onto on our way to the pension ;-), especially when it was really hot, but Enrico helped us with the lugagge upon our arrival and leave, and I guess it should be more of a problem for couples with little children and older people. Anyway everything else compensates this hill :)

There are two points which make a real difference: the view is really fabulous and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Furthermore the breakfast is very good with lots of tasty homemade products.

    There is nothing to complain.

Breakfest was very good, home made marmelade, eggs (how you like), the home made pies, tomatoes from garden or fried zucchinis. View was incredible! Everythink in the room make sence. Mosquito nest, ventilator instead of noisy and unhealthy aircondition. And what was the best that you felt welcome thanks to the kind and helpful owner Francesca. It was the best hotel where I´ve ever been.

The acces (200m of walk to hill) but actualy it was very good for my legs and fysical condition. And without that acces it wouldn´t be so nice location. So, it worth it!

A lovely view of the bay, excellent service and a very tasty breakfast to start the day. Since they inform you about the steep walk to the house beforehand, we did not mind this much.

The only thing we can think of is that we would have preferred a softer mattress in the bed.

Amazing view - some of the best we have seen. Our bedroom was overlooking the bay. Wonderful balcony to have breakfast and read in the evening. Fresh produce served at all times.Really helpful owners.

Walk up to the Casa was quiet steep. We didnt mind but not suitable for young children or the older traveller.
