Roberta was a great host and she really helped us a lot. we felt like we were her guests at her house- She even drove us to Foxtown because there was rain and it was very nice of her. And she arranged a very nice dinner at a very nice restaurant.

Very beauriful, spacious and stylish residences. Great breakfast. Excellent service. Not cheap, but worth the money.

One can hear noise from the street. It was not an issue for us, but noise sensitive people may want to take this into consideration when deciding whether or not to book here.

Cozy. Great staff. Helpful and always ready with a smile. Love the fact that it's a lovely boutique hotel with an apartment feel. Will definitely return!

Stayed at the top floor. Did not have connection to WiFi. If you want lack of connectivity here's the place.

Loved the staff - very efficient and attentive but not intrusive. Accommodations were simple but lovely - great view of the lake. Location was amazing - right between many places of interest.

The road noise was loud.

Amazing hotel in a an amazing place.Its wonderful design details all over the site, the wonderful decoration in combination with the lake view, the existence of parking, and affordable price make it unbeatable. Simply select it!!

Hotel such levels needed similar breakfast which was not.

Felt like we were at home, well equipped apartment with lovely view. In a very pleasant location. Locals were really friendly. Apartment was modern, bright and fresh.

Unfortunately, the location of the building is right next to the main road. This might worry some with regards the traffic noise.

The place is pretty much an art gallery with the upper floors turned into a boutique aparthotel with breakfast, everything is very tasteful and smart and as far as paying for what you get, you get excellant value for the price. The pictures of our room made it look bigger, but it was fine, not a complaint just an observation.

They need to make sure the telephone numbers that appear on the booking confirmation are the ones they want there, I rang a number they later give as the after hours emergency number when checking in as the confrimation lists it as the phone number, trying to call ahead on the day of arrival. A very minor point and more something for them to consider.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The artwork and decor made the apartment feel like a home.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. The neighborhood is charming. Will return again!!!

Travel light since the location does not have a lift.

Casa Brenna Tosatto exceeded our expectations. The residence has been beautifully restored and the combination of antiques, original paintings and sculptures by Mario Tosatto has resulted in a gracious and elegant villa with a sense of history and modern conveniences. The location, about half way up the length of the lake, gave convenient access to villages and attractions in all directions. Breakfasts were light, tasty and well presented.

Everyone was really helpful, the building, rooms and terraces are fantastic and the surrounding area is beautiful. I couldn't recommend cads brenna enough.

The hotel is in an old building that is renovated with love for details. The furniture, cosets and interior items in bath and kitchen were brand new, and obviously custom fit. The room as well as the whole hotel was decorated wit a lot of artwork such as painting and sculptures. The hotel has only 4 rooms and the hotel stuff gives you a very personal ambiente.

The hotel is next to the main street along the lakeshore, which is very busy and therefore very noisy. No problem with closed windows though.

My family and I have travelled extensively and this would be the cleanest, best hotel we have ever stayed, just perfect, the location is fantastic, however the road noise during the day is the only down fall, but you are out most of the day anyway and at night the bedrooms are at the back so you dont hear the road at all and it is only a small barely 2 lane road. The staff are extremely helpful and the area of Lenno was our favourite area and we drove around the entire lake. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a superb location in the cleanest most gorgeous homely hotel, the staff are extremely relaxed and friendly and breakfast was lovely sitting on the terrace. Highly recommend it!

Spacious designer apartment in a traditional Italian house, with fabulous views over the lake. Never done a short stay in an apartment before, but if they were all like this we'd have no hesitation doing it again. Staff were very friendly & helpful, with good English and knowledge of the locale. You do need a car, though, and the ability to climb stairs. But worth it.

There was no kettle and no coffee maker, but we boiled water in a pan. A small amount of coffee and tea for use on arrival would have been a nice touch.

- beautiful old mansion with ultra modern designer interior and state of the art facilities - extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff, even picked us up in pouring thunderstorm when we were trapped on the hill - magnificent view of the breathtaking surroundings from every part of the hotel, we loved the private balcony so much could never have enough of the lake and mountains - simple but good quality breakfast with excellent service

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter; wunderschönes aber auch praktisches Design und Raumaufteilung; super bequeme Betten; herrliche Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick; Regenschirme zur freien Verfügung; Internet WLan Zugang; - alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Halte culturelle inattendue! Studio sous les toits spacieux et sympa.. Dans une belle maison italienne récemment rénovée qui propose expo de peintures, sculptures... Déco chic et culturelle... A 2 pas à travers un parc d'une villa superbe dans un parc adorable en bord du lac de Côme à visiter absolument!

Trop proche d'une route très fréquentée et donc problème d'insonorisation pour le studio sous les toits du moins... pas d'ascenseur dur dur les valises sur 4 étages dans un l'escalier magnifique toutefois

Ett fantastiskt vackert hotell, design och konst i toppklass. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, snygga rum med vackera mantika möbler och vacker konst. Ett annorlunda hotell som också var ett konstmuseum.

Om man skall säga något negativt så är det många trappor upp till rummen.

Stil, Ausstattung, Verbindung alte Bausubstanz mit sehr gekonnter Renovierung, Betreuung ausgezeichnet, Lage in Seenähe, Vorschläge für Ausflüge, man genießt das Haus ; auch der Tante-Emma- Laden und das schöne familiäre Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe sind reizvoll

Leider ist die direkt daneben verlaufende Straße schon eher laut.

Non trovo le parole per descrivere i due giorni passati a Casa Brenna Tosatto. Mi è piaciuto tutto; la location meravigliosa e ristrutturata di recente con grande maestria; la posizione assolutamente meravigliosa; il personale preparatissimo, educato e disponibilissimo; sembra di vivere in un sogno, non c'è una cosa fuori posto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
