Excellent location for trips, Asissi, Perugia, and others and near airport. Very nice hotel, rooms perfect (familyrooms available); clean, excellent service. Nice swimmingpool. Italian Breakfast, good.

Restaurant is reasonable but medium quality and other restaurants only by car. Direct surrounding of hotel is not romantic. Bastia Umbra is more industrial town. Staff speaks only Italian.

The hotel was very friendly and cared for. The swimming pool was a great addition and kept up very well. The staff was very accommodating.

There was a parlor near the dining room and the tv was on loud in the morning and for most of the day. I am not sure who watched it, but it was a distraction to the ambiance which was wonderful. Dinners for a solo person do not work as the dining room was crowded and noisy.

Good place for overnight stay when travelling across Italy and close to Assissi (well worth the visit)

Simple family run hotel - functional and friendly. Out of the way for the town centre

Nice family, good location, the landlady runs the kitchen excellently. The new pool is nice to relax after a day of visits to Umbria's medieval towns. And you can buy the home-made olive oil - a recommendation!

The host's dog sometimes kept us awake at night.
