Friendly welcome by Gabriel, everything as expected. Fridge in the room did not work, no biggie, we used the one in the common area.

This was one of the best place we have stayed so far in Europe. The host were fantastic. They told us everything we could possibly need to know from which bus to catch where to buy tickets what to see. The host even took us to the train station when we were leaving for a small fee. We had full use of the kitchen and the place was set at the end of a no through street so it was quite. I will definatly be staying here again if I come back to Venice. The only down side was the host don't take credit card and booking.com don't take the payment out of you account either. We had to pay cash which I didn't realise and didnt have any on me. But the host was fantastic and let us pay the next day after we had been to an ATM.

酒店是家庭式的，店家人也很好，老板娘是台湾人，所以用中文给我们讲解的旅游信息。公交或者tram从火车- 站直达酒店，公交车直达威尼斯主岛，大概20分钟到。 我们是周日到的，又赶上复活节假期，从火车站到酒店的9路公交车不运营，于是我们到处问不到路（意大利人的- 英语大家懂得。。。），只好打车去的酒店。后来才知道，其实坐tram 4路也是可以到的，希望店家可以在酒店信息里或者网站里说明。

意大利第一站，所以找了离机场很近的酒店，因为错过了最后一班公交车，所以打车到的这家酒店，不是很远，花- 了22欧，到了酒店，老板人很好，是意大利人，很热情的很有条理的给我们介绍信息，第二天早上见到了老板娘- ，是中国台湾的，他们和我们一样结婚一年，很幸福。还遇到了一对好心的上海人。

酒店的老板和老板娘都非常热情，浴室配别有沐浴用品，当我们错过了罢工前最后一班班车的时候，老板还亲自驱- 车送我们去威尼斯。 小镇的夜晚非常安静，担心门锁会惊扰其他客人，可能考虑降低门锁的噪音。

La atención es buena, la habitación espaciosa, muy luminosa, buenas instalaciones. A pocas cuadras está la parada de bus que te lleva a Venecia.

Manželský pár, který se o hotýlek starají a pravděpodobně i vlastní, byl velmi milý a poradili nám jak to v Benátkách chodí. Díky nim musím říct, že jsme neměli vůbec žádný problém s dopravou a kde, co najdeme či jak se kam dostaneme. Pokoje vypadají skutečně, tak jak jsou na fotkách (což je velké plus). Skvělá dostupnost do Benátek a na letiště. Majitel se dokonce ozval dva dny před příjezdem a vysvětlil, jak se dostaneme do hotelu. Všem bych hotýlek doporučila.

יחסו החם של גבריאל וההדרכה המצויינת שלו לגבי סביבת המלון וונציה,נכונותו לסייע בכל עניין,נוחות המלון וקלות האפשרות להתחבר באופן חופשי לאינטרנט אלחוטי, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה,נדיבה ומספקת,אפשרות להכנת אוכל באופן עצמאי במטבח ואפשרות אחסנת מזון במקרר החדר.אמצעי התחבורה הציבורית הנוחה לונציה וזמינות שירותים שונים בסביבה כגון סופרמרקט ומכבסה אוטומטית,בר ויוצ "ב. אין לי אף מילה רעה על המקום.

The B&B is situated not so far from Venice city and is easily accessible by bus (nr 19), even till late at night(4). It's at the end of a dead end street, so very peaceful (you can enjoy sitting in the garden too). The hosts are friendly and helpful. You can use the kitchen and prepare your meals if you like. It's a very clean B&B but the amenities are somewhat limited. On the other hand, who needs tv when in Venice...

Me gusto mucho el lugar, es tranquilo, las habitaciones son grandes, es limpio y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Es un poco lejos de la ciudad y aunque hay buses que conectan facilmente el lugar con venecia hay que tener en cuenta que los dias festivos y en las noches el servicio no es garantizado...

Il personale è molto disponibile. La struttura è nuova, completa di ogni comfort, vicino ad un parcheggio gratuito e alla fermata per il bus che porta a Venezia in una ventina di minuti. Peccato per il bagno in comune con un'altra camera...tuttavia se il vostro vicino di stanza è come quello che avevamo noi non è assolutamente un probelma.
